The brand new Ariva Serviced Residences are designed for travelers who enjoy the luxuries of a hotel stay and the convenience of an apartment. It comes with a bedroom with King bed & ensuite bath and custom closet, a dedicated office with an oversize desk, printer, sofa sleeper & bath, fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer/dryer in the apartment. Weekly housekeeping services are included.
Guests have complimentary access to Ariva's extensive facilities, including over 3 acres of landscaped outdoor amenity areas and more than 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenity spaces.
