A beautiful blend of classic style and modern comfort, this six-bedroom home provides the amenities, location, and generous living space you need for a memorable group trip to Destin. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub out back, a golf cart available for guest use, as well as a prime location that places you mere blocks from Destin Commons and the sparkling white sand beach.



This home sits just two blocks north of the Barracuda Beach Access in Destin, which you can easily reach on foot. Then again, why walk when you can ride in your personal six-seater golf cart? Feel the warm breeze against your face as you arrive for a day of swimming and beachcombing. When you come back, you'll be greeted by an airy living space that spans two levels, offering central air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and white shiplap walls that add both character and style.



At the heart of the ground floor is a living room with two sofas and a TV. It opens to a farm-style dining table on one side and a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and a peninsula breakfast bar on the other. Pass through the French doors to reach the terrace out back, where you'll find the private pool, the hot tub, a fleet of lounge chairs, and a covered patio with ample seating and a gas grill. It's a beautiful spot to end each day before retiring to one of the six bedrooms, each of which has its own en suite bathroom and TV. There are two bedroom suites on the ground floor (including one with direct patio access) and four more upstairs (including two with direct access to a balcony overlooking the pool).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:



Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our the season, March 1-October 31! Service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! Chairs located at the Barracuda Street access; please seek an attendant with Twilight Beach Service for further information.



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Pool Heat: From October 1st-May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100/Day or $700/Week. The pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings. * College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* PETS: Please note, for the safety of the owner with severe allergies, this home is a strict no pet, non-pet friendly home, no exceptions.

* EVENTS: Weddings or Events are NOT Permitted at this Home.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Peak Summer Months.
