Escape to River of Peace Condominium!

This amazing, river side condominium in the heart of Pigeon Forge will provide you and your family the best of everything in the Smokies! Enjoy the stunning mountain views above, and Little Pigeon River below. Take a dip in the pool, or soak in the adjoining hot tub in the summer, and cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the fall and winter. Take in a game of pool in the gameroom, or work off those pancakes in the workout room. River Place offers a nearby elevator, so you don’t have to lug all of those suitcases and groceries up and down stairs!

River Place is a short walk to the Iron Forge Brewery. Less than one mile from the Parkway, River Place guests will enjoy tranquility and quiet, while being very close to attractions. The Apple Barn is but a short distance way, where guests can catch the trolley to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions, and even Gatlinburg. No fighting traffic and paying for parking!

River Place comfortably sleeps six (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa). The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. New smart TVs are in each bedroom and the living room. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo.

We were very happy with this condominium It was clean and a beautiful complex. Actually the complex was nicer than the photo. My only disappointment was what was provided ( not provided) in the kitchen other issue was pool closed at 7pm.

Manager came right to fix our sink! Beds are very hard and Master tub/shower combo was too hard to get in and out of so we used the guest bath. Consider installing grab bars and offering a step stool.

We loved staying here! We had 3 adults & 3 kids and it was perfect! It was very clean and had a beautiful view. Close to town, but tucked away just enough. Easy check in and quick reply with the owner when we asked to extend our stay! Will definitely check here first when we take another trip!
