Condo was great had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen for cooking and beds were comfortable.The condo was roomy for all of us and the grandkids had a blast at the pool and I loved that the pool area had a bathroom it was very convenient for us location is perfect and close to so many attractions and being close to Walmart was a plus would recommend this place to anyone coming to this area

We have stayed at this building for 5 years and also stayed in this condo last year but the condo was not as clean as last year. The toilet in the master bathroom had black mildew or soot on the seat, under the lid snd in the bowl. We saw a couple of spiders and bugs, also. I messaged the host thru the vrbo message but never received a reply.

Wonderful place to stay

This property was perfect! It was conveniently located, but in a quieter part of town- so the best of both worlds! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the ducks each morning from the balcony. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly how it read online. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed for our week and was very clean! Thank you for a wonderful place to call "home" for a week!!

Birthday-Thanksgiving Trip

Highly recommend!! The condo looks exactly like the pictures shown on the VRBO website. The complex was very quiet, close to shopping and restaurants, & had plenty of parking. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location!!!

I would stay at this property again. It is close enough to all the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There are several close restaurants too!! If you are wanting to cook meals the kitchen was stocked great with dishes, bakeware, pots and pans. If you are staying a length of time bring extra toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and paper towels. Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. .

love the location

We have stayed at these condos several times. We love the location, it is quite and close to everything. The codo is clean, beds are very comfortable. I like staying on the first floor because of the creek and ducks you can see off the balcony. We will definitely stay here agian.

Pleasant stay in Sevierville

Our stay was quite nice - the condo had everything we needed and was conveniently located. We didn't use the pool as it was cooler than expected during our stay. Easy access to almost anything you'd want. We'd definitely stay again.

Awesome condo

Julie was very responsive to questions I had. The condo is updated and very clean. Everything is as pictured on vrbo. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main road but still close to what we wanted to go to. Ducks were a plus.

great location but not the bed

It was "surface clean" The floors were dirty, mildew in second bath along baseboard. Went to use the hair dryer and it fell off the wall. Which looked like they keep putting it back up with out really fixing. The worst thing that made the stay miserable was the master bed. It was like sleeping on the floor. Very disappointed. Loved the location Had to try and sleep in the other bedroom not how I planned to spend my vacation

A Few Issues

"They never called or showed up about the TV. The refrigerator makes a loud noise when the compressor runs. There is not enough places to park. I needed a handicap place. We had to park in the wet muddy grass. It was a white truck taking up two places. The toilets was to low even for my husband who is in good shape said it was hard to get up from. I had to grab the door frame to pull up." The smaller room had the best bed. The shower is small, can't get away from water. Big tub ,just wasn't clean at bottom. Smelled good. Mopped ,but few black bugs in corner of master bedroom.

This property was perfectly located to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg, Cades Cove, and hiking to waterfalls in the Great Smokey Mountains. The beds were super comfortable. It is spacious and has a peaceful beautiful view of the river. We were not in our condo much and only made microwave meals or sandwiches but the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. The washer and dryer were a nice feature. We would definitely stay here again. Julie is amazing with communication before, during and after the stay.

Overall a nice location. The beds were not my favorite because they are memory foam, but some may like that. The room was clean and comfortable.

The condo was acceptable because of f its close proximity to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg however, it definitely needs upgrading. The beds were very uncomfortable, there were spiders & cob webs in both bathrooms and we couldn’t sit out back on the balcony overlooking the nice creek because it was so filthy out there. There were spider cobwebs and spiders covering everything as well as mud hornet nest. The walls on balcony were just filthy. We were very disappointed in this. The master bath rugs looked like they were 10 years old & guest bath had no rug for shower. The couches in living room were awful, the most uncomfortable couch we had ever sat on, again I think it must be 20 years old. We would never go back.
