Absolutely perfect place to stay for our family of 4! Close walk to the beach with a convenient place to store all of our beach stuff. Condo was extremely clean and well stocked with dishes and kitchen items and even family friendly games. Would definitely stay here again!

Close access to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Limited number of towels, dishes and toilet paper for an extended stay of multiple people & no hot pads if you plan to cook - good for those who need a larger hotel but limited during a week of indoor activities. Also no pool access as it was under construction which kept us from gaining access to the tennis court as well. Still a fair price compared to the many other rentals in the area.

The condo was wonderful! Clean, spacious and less than 3 minutes walk from the beach. The complex was also clean and well maintained. Being able to go back and forth from the beach to the complex's pool was also a treat.

Absolutely wonderful!

Really enjoyed the stay. The outside of the building is nothing remarkable, but the inside of the condo is very well decorated and felt very upscale yet homey. This property is very close to everything we wanted to do. We will be back for sure!

Convenient Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, secure and convenient condo. The single beds were a bit short (ok for kids) and the host provided snacks and coffee pods. It’s close to the beach and had good parking.

Nice Condo

Had an enjoyable stay in the condo. Very close short walk to the beach to see sunrise every morning. First time to Amelia Island and will definitely plan on returning. Condo was clean and well stocked for our needs.

Short and sweet

Perfect property for a small family or group! It was exactly what we needed as a family with a small toddler who goes to bed early and needs his own space. Property was clean, quiet and well stocked as well as in awesome proximity to the beach and to old town! Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great Experience!

We decided to go to Amelia Island for a quick, back to school get-away. This was the perfect spot! Enough room for my wife and I and our 2 kids. The location was great and the owner even left us a $20 gift card to Salt life Restaurant. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
