Welcome to Lil' Tan, a charming cottage in Seagrove along scenic Highway 30A. This adorable home offers convenient beach access by foot or bike for a memorable getaway experience. Step inside and be greeted by ocean-inspired interior decor, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, king bed for 2, bathroom with shower/tub combo, laundry room, and a spacious backyard with an outdoor shower. Sip coffee or wine from the comfort of a serene front porch, screened in sun room or backyard patio. This home welcomes for solo travelers, couples with a young child or small pets.

Located south of scenic Highway 30A off Dalton Drive, you can easily bike along 30A to your favorite spots from Seaside to Rosemary Beach, and everywhere in between. Enjoy quiet beachside experience in the slow lane without worrying about traffic, and take advantage of the nearby shopping and fine dining options. With its convenient location, Lil' Tan is the perfect place for your getaway!

^^Eastern Lake and Ramsgate beach access are available by foot. Please research about 30A's public beaches prior to your stay!

^^^Please note there is current construction at the property adjacent to the Lil' Tan in Spring 2025, visible from the backyard! Noise may be encountered during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

We always stay this neighborhood because it gives the feeling of being secluded at the beach, which is hard to find on 30A. The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! The communication with the host was great!We will certainly stay again!

This is the perfect little house, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to the beach, it was absolutely perfect for a couple wanting a weekend getaway.

Perfect space for a restful vacation

As always, we enjoyed our vacation. Karen is a wonderful host and this was our second time staying at her beautiful house. We love the surrounding area, restaurants, shops, and the beach is a few minutes walk away.

Great location

We had a very nice stay at Karen's place. Short walk to the beach, all the necesaary beach accessories were included and Karen was very reaponsive to all the inquiries we had! Fenced in backyard was nice to have but it wasn't as grassy as in some of the pics so just keep that in mind- it is Florida after all! You can still walk your doga through the neighborhood so no issuea there! Overall a very nice stay!

Mini vacation

We had a nice 3 day stay with our dog. It was great to have a completely fenced in yard for her to get out the zoomies. Bikes were a bonus. Overall, we had a really good time and would stay again!

Highly Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect house for two people. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided. It was very clean and was well stocked. The owner is very responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

Home is nice & as described, very nice size to have for a couple & one dog when you don't need 2 or 3 bedrooms. Fenced in yard for dog is nice too. Home had everything we needed & lots of towels provided. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect for our needs. The backyard was very securely fenced in and enjoyed by our small dog. Bicycles were well maintained.
