Step inside to the first floor, where you'll find a spacious king primary suite filled with natural light, a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom (shower only), and a private screened-in porch with a soaking tub and privacy curtains. Head upstairs to the open and airy second story, which features a combined floor plan with a newly furnished living room, updated kitchenette, and a large open-air porch off the living area. The kitchenette boasts stainless steel appliances, an under-the-counter fridge/freezer, a full dishwasher, a coffee pot, and a two-burner electric stove top. There's also a dining area with seating for four. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a new 50" flat-screen TV, and is surrounded by windows offering incredible Gulf views. Just off the living room, a spacious furnished porch awaits, complete with Adirondack bar seating for two, a hammock, and beautiful scenery.
