Welcome to Sunshine Hollow... the PERFECT home for an extended stay while visiting and exploring St Augustine or waiting for your next home to be purchased or built.

This single story home with fenced yard has been beautifully renovated, designed and furnished to provide guests with a stylish, peaceful and relaxing vibe... natural light fills this home! The King bedroom does have room darkening curtains and a sound machine.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen - Make meals in class! Quartz counters w/soft gold veining, large black granite sink, white oak shelves, brushed brass/champagne bronze fixtures, new appliances, marble backsplash and large drawers to easily access cookware. The kitchen has been stocked with a Keurig machine, drip coffee pot, toaster and all of the utensils, pots and dishware you may need to create a delicious meal at home. If we are missing something that you feel is a staple though, let us know and we'll look into adding it!

LIVING ROOM: 55" Roku TV allows you to login and access your own accounts to stream all your favorite shows or movies

BEDROOM 1: Queen bed with 32" Roku TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, closet with clothing storage and hangers

BEDROOM 2: King bed with 32" Roku TV, room darkening curtains and closet with clothing storage and hangers

OFFICE / BEDROOM 3: This room is the perfect place to get some work done, curl up with a book, do a puzzle or catch a quick nap on the comfy futon that converts to a full size bed. The beautiful wall mural was hand painted by a popular local artist! A standup desk, fast Wi-Fi and USB outlets throughout the home make this home perfect for tackling some remote work during your stay.

BATHROOM 1: Full tub with shower, blow dryer and hand-held mirror. We provide some initial Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash to get you started, but then you are responsible for restocking throughout your stay.

BATHROOM 2: Small private bathroom attached to Bedroom 1, with walk-in shower. The green marble floors in this bathroom are beautiful!

LAUNDRY: There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The laundry room is off the back of the kitchen and also has access to the fenced back yard.

SUPPLIES: We provide a starter kit of laundry and dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash; for stays longer than 7 days though, you are responsible for restocking throughout your stay.

PARKING: There is room for up to 3 cars to park in the driveway. Please do not park in the street.

YARD: The backyard is fully fenced and we provide a scooper to assist with picking up after your furry friend. Take your meal or laptop outside to the picnic table and enjoy the beautiful yard. The grass has come in quite well since the pictures were taken!

Conveniently located in a quiet safe neighborhood along Hwy 16, you're less than a 10 minute drive from downtown St Augustine and Vilano Beach, but also only 10 minutes from I-95 if you're headed out to explore other parts of Florida.
