KITCHEN
Fully stocked for real cooking - not just short stays. Quartz counters with soft gold veining, black granite sink, oak shelves, marble backsplash, and new appliances. We’ve included a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, and all cookware, utensils, and dishware. If you notice a staple missing, let us know!

LIVING ROOM
Bright, relaxing space with a 55" Roku TV so you can log in to your own streaming accounts. Comfortable seating makes it perfect for movie nights, reading, or simply unwinding after work or exploring.

BEDROOMS

• Bedroom 1 (Queen): 32” Roku TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, closet with hangers & clothing storage.

• Bedroom 2 (King): 32” Roku TV, blackout curtains for restful sleep & closet with hangers.

• Office / Flex Room: Designed with extended stays in mind: a true office with stand-up desk, fast Wi-Fi, and USB outlets. A locally painted wall mural adds charm. The futon is perfect for curling up with a book or converting to a full bed if needed.

BATHROOMS

• Bathroom 1: Full tub/shower, blow dryer, hand-held mirror, starter shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

• Bathroom 2: Ensuite to Bedroom 1, with beautiful green marble floors and a walk-in shower.

LAUNDRY
Full-size washer & dryer with starter detergent provided. Perfect for longer stays - no laundromat runs needed.

PARKING
Driveway accommodates up to 3 cars. Please avoid street parking.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy a private fenced yard, perfect for pets or relaxing outside. Next to the home is a lush green lot that adds to the sense of privacy and space.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and yard, except for one locked closet (owner’s supplies) and the locked backyard shed. Everything else - from the living spaces to the fenced yard - is yours to enjoy in privacy.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are available if you need us, but we respect your privacy and want you to feel like this is your home during your stay. Please communicate any problems at check-in or upon discovery so we can work on remedying the situation and ensure you have a wonderful stay!

EXTENDED STAYS: We specialize in extended stays (2 weeks - 6 months) and will do our best to accommodate your timeline - just reach out!
