Enjoy St. Augustine in this cozy spot with all the comforts of home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a friendly neighborhood offering many walking trails, beautiful lakes, disc and golf course. 15 minutes to our beautiful beaches and to historic downtown. This clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, screened patio, large backyard, (NOT fully fenced yard), outdoor seating and one car garage. Beautiful community pool within walking distance. Great place to relax and enjoy a Florida Stay-cation! Wi-fi, TV, pet-friendly. Please add your pet when booking. $25 pet fee per stay.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was very relaxing. It was quite clean and had everything I needed to stay for a month. It had a solid garage for storing my car in. The pool was nice and only a short walk away. There are many places to go walking/running in both the neighborhood and Moses Creek conservation area on the south side of St. Augustine Shores. The house is in good proximity to Crescent beach. Sarah and Chandler were wonderful and accommodating hosts. My cat seemed to enjoy it too.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. The home was in a nice neighborhood that was great for walking. The house was clean and comfortable. Sarah was very responsive to all our questions, and we appreciated it.We would definately stay here again should we be in the St. Augustine area.

Great place to stay to see beautiful Saint Augustine! Lovely area, quiet neighborhood, walk to fishing pier and pool. Close to grocery stores and St. Rt. accessible for easy, short drive to historic town, beaches, and other attractions. Friendly and helpful owners!

Perfect location on a quiet and safe street. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. The home hosts are wonderful and their communication was prompt and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Great location for various activities in NE Florida. Stayed only three nights and enjoyed various local restaurants and even took in the final regular season Jacksonville Jaguar game. Go Jags. Super quiet neighborhood and the house was well stocked for fixing quick meals, coffee, cocktails, etc. Nice porch that we didn't get the chance to enjoy. A must is to take a walk down to the dock and enjoy the scenery.

Casa Medina

This is the cleanest place we have rented. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Everything was organized and well cared for. We had a great time and will stay at Casa Medina again.
