Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $60/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.


Make yourself comfortable at Ocean Villa 604. This well-appointed beachfront condo in the heart of it all sleeps six thanks to a comfy, king size bed in the tropical master bedroom, a cute Queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room.

Save money for your adventures by preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the numerous amenities like an outdoor pool, an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a steam room, an exercise room with a sauna plus more! Ocean Villa 604 promises a festive escape for the entire family.

Nice comfortable condo and nice property. Good location close to restaurants and attractions for kids. Only problem we had we had was icemaker out. Just bought a bag of ice.

Absolutely perfect

The condo and building were amazing! Exactly as describe, beautiful view, great location, everything was perfect! We even had dolphins swim by every morning.

The location was good. The condo was alright I would stay there again. The only few things that were flaws for my family were, the freezer makes no ice, the bed in the master bedroom needs a thicker mattress pad or something the bed is hard. There weren’t enough pillow cases for king size pillows, could use a couple more dish towels there’s only one. No extra toilet paper or paper towels so make sure you get extra. The unit needs a good deep clean. There is black mold in the master bathroom ceiling vent, shower grout needs scrubbed good. Everything needs dusted thoroughly. Furniture in living room had a few stains. Other than all of that it was an enjoyable stay.

Great location

The condo was nice with a great location! The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. My only suggestion would be that duvet covers would be better than the quilts/comforters that were on the bed.

Absolutely awesome!

We loved this condo so much and definitely book again next time. This was our first time to the gulf and this place is in the perfect location. We have zero complaints about anything!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was pretty and a great location, but management was rude. Also, when we left a bag was left behind the bathroom door. We realized within a couple of hours. Contacted the office, they said they found it. I asked them to mail it to me, they said they would. It has been three weeks and they have not. Really rude when I call to inquire about if they have mailed it. Do not use this company.

Great time!

We loved the resort! It was not overcrowded, and there was not a long walk to the beach. We loved the balcony! The condo was perfect for our family!

Nice getaway

Clean comfortable not fancy right on the beach good parking no working ice machine had to go across the street and buy bagged ice other than the ice great location we would stay here again

Beautiful view. The condo was spacious and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed the morning and evening view of the beach!! Great restaurants near by. The only problem was the road construction but that is not VRBO’s fault.

Great location, beautiful beaches. TV didn’t work didn’t work but was replaced quickly. Would definitely consider coming back.

Great condo

Only good things to say! Great view, great location, will stay again. Only dig was Master Bed too firm, as mentioned earlier in another review by another guest. Not a big deal, just a comfort level alert. Again, the view, the condo's location, and the condo's furnishings were all top notch! Check-in was a breeze as well, with very attentive and courteous staff!

Great getaway !

We stayed in this condo the week of Feb 20th 2017. It by far exceeded our expectations. The balcony was awesome ! The kitchen was nicely equipped, beds were very comfortable & very clean ! The pools were magnificent & hot tub was relaxing. The only negative thing was the WiFi had very poor connection. We could only use it in the front bedroom. We would definitely stay here again and again. Loved PCB & Ocean Villa condo :))
