Welcome to Ocean Villa 1102! This fabulous 2BR/2BA condo is located Gulf Front in Panama City Beach. This exclusive complex has high-speed elevators and only 125 total properties. If you did the math, that come out to only 6 units per floor! Enjoy spectacular Gulf views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your large private balcony as you take in the view of the white sand beach and watch the waves crash against the shore. This unit has hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters in the kitchen. With a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this spacious unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. As an extra feature, this unit includes Seasonal Beach Chair Service for the guests.  With resort amenities and stunning beachfront views, Ocean Villa 1102 is sure to be your favorite Panama City Beach vacation spot!

A great long weekend getaway

I wish we could have stay longer, but we only had 4 nights. This place was in a great location in PCB. It was clean and had an amazing view of the beach. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. My entire family enjoyed our vacation to PCB in this condo.

Stay at Ocean Villa in Panama City Beach, FL

Very nice, clean beachfront condo. Conveniently located. Had one minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of same morning it was reported to management company. Definitely will stay there again.

The beach view is fabulous!

Although we did no cooking, this place was big enough to host a nice family dinner. Simple and easy to access pool, beach and condo. No fumbling around for room key which was great for when treking back and forth with beach gear. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely stay at the Beach!

Lovely condo. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Garage parking was available. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. We will be back PCB!
