If you did the math, that come out to only 6 units per floor! Enjoy spectacular Gulf views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your large private balcony as you take in the view of the white sand beach and watch the waves crash against the shore. This unit has hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters in the kitchen. With a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this spacious unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. As an extra feature, this unit includes Seasonal Beach Chair Service for the guests.  With resort amenities and stunning beachfront views, Ocean Villa 1102 is sure to be your favorite Panama City Beach vacation spot!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Easy to check in, room was perfect, room had everything in it, beautiful view off the balcony

Walked into the room and it was clean and smelt good. Pulled back the curtains and could see the ocean clear as day. Sliding doors worked great. Condo was pretty quiet at night. We wanted to stay an extra night so we contacted the owner and they said it was no problem. Great experience. Will be back

We really enjoyed our stay at OceanVilla 1102. The only negative was there needs to be more handicap parking on site.

Awesome Location!

My husband, parents, and myself stayed for a week in September. Overall, our stay was wonderful with just enough space for the four of us to never feel crowded. The balcony was amazingly huge! The location was perfect! I received my codes early on check-in day and had no issues getting into the condo. There were a few spots that were not clean, but no issue for us and no need to call anyone. The biggest recommendation I have for the property owners is to buy different sheets for all three beds. One of the queen beds had a plastic mattress protector on it that was not put on in the correct order, but also the sheets did not fit the thickness of the mattress even without that. The corners would pop off every time you sat or laid down on the bed. The king bed was the same with the corners popping off every day. Not a huge deal, but aggravating all the same. The kitchen is stocked with a basic set of pots and pans and has plenty of dishes and glasses. There are no oven mitts though. There are lots of towels for the bathrooms. The bathtubs are super slick, so be careful! You will need to make sure to bring your own supplies as far as dish soap, toilet paper, etc. There is a very limited amount of items to get you started but you'll need to go to the store within a day or so. There are a few spots that need to be updated like the air return being dented in and the decorative octopus being hung without a stud so it's fallen out of the wall and barely hanging on behind the front door. Overall, a great stay and we would stay there again. Just mentioning these things so that the owners can make it that much better!

Very nice, clean beachfront condo. Conveniently located. Had one minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of same morning it was reported to management company. Definitely will stay there again.

Horrible experience

When we checked-in, condo was in horrible shape as it was not cleaned after previous guests checked out. We cleaned few parts of the condo ourselves as my parents needed some place to sit down after 7-hour long journey. After several phone calls, they sent someone to clean the condo, who did a decent job of cleaning it. However, in this process we lost that entire evening. Realjoy has very strict guidelines about early check-in and late check-outs and they charge penalty fees if any of this happens. If they expect such compliance from the guests, they should also provide top-notch service, which was absolutely missing in our case. They did refund the cleaning fee, but I was also expecting reimbursement for the time lost and inconvenience caused because of their mistake. The only positive thing about our stay was the location of the property, which was one of the best in PCB. Also, king bed is not comfortable.

I would recommend staying at this condo to anyone. It was exactly as the ad and pictures depicted. Having 2 pools, one of which is half inside/ half outside, was very nice when the kids had enough sun for the day. Thank you!!
