*Brand new 6 Seater "LSV" Low Speed Vehicle.* Welcome to paradise! This 3 bedroom +bunk room/4 bath cottage is steps from the beach, Watercolor BeachClub, Western Lake and Cerulean Park. In addition, Seaside is just blocks away. Enjoy walking or riding the complimentary bikes to the grocery store, shopping, coffee shop or dining. Relax on one of two screened porches with over-sized swing and listen for the waves. The native landscape provides shade and an intimate setting in one of Watercolor's highly sought after Districts. As they say- Location, Location, Location!

Offering a great floor plan, the first floor master bedroom awaits you with a king-sized bed, private master bath with walk-in shower as well as a separate bathtub and double vanity. Another bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed, adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combination.
An office is located off the back door to provide a quiet place to work if needed, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The kitchen offers high-end appliances and granite countertops, complete with refrigerator, separate drink fridge, icemaker, and gas range. A generous laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. Off the back porch, you will find the grilling area and outdoor shower.

The open floor plan makes it easy to enjoy the family in the kitchen, dining space or living area.

On the second floor, you will find the third bedroom with Queen bed along with built-in bunks and private bathroom. Lastly, the second floor is completed with a bunkroom, TV/sitting area, and fun bathroom for the kids.

The location is perfect and we loved using the Watercolor resort. Very grateful for the beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent chairs each day! We had 4 teenagers with us and they lived being able to walk everywhere on their own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented several houses in Watercolor and this one will stay on the top of our list to rent again. It was very convenient to the Beach Club pool/beach access (walkable distance), which we loved. The house was very clean and equipped with everything, even a frother for my coffee. The Master bath and bedroom was super spacious. We realized a few days in that only 2 of our 4 bikes were operable. I texted for repair and they were there in less than 5 minutes to replace the bikes. We had 2 adult parents, 2 adult kids and 2 teens, but had room to fit a few more. The shower in the bunk room is incredibly small, more for little kids. That would be my only negative comment. I would highly recommend this house.

Great location

We loved the location and ability to walk where we wanted to go. It was well appointed and nicely furnished. Has a very nice golf cart for ease of getting to Seaside. The only hiccup was the sheets in the upstairs bedroom had not been washed from previous stay. We solved that quickly and moved along with our vacation. We would choose to stay here again.

The house near it is remodeling and it was a little loud and the upstairs bathroom is small but it was a GREAT location and has an awesome golf cart.
