Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This beautiful (recently updated and renovated in early 2026) updated beachfront condominium offers stunning Gulf views, spacious accommodations, and brand-new upgrades
throughout—ideal for large families, couples traveling together, or multi-generation vacations.

-Additional bedrooms include:
• King bed (BR2)
• Queen bed (BR3)
• Bunk bed in 2nd Master (full + twin)

- Large Gulf-facing balcony with NEW seating for up to 10

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

great stay. The smaller balcony was unusable (the birds had taken over) but we appreciated the big main balcony/deck. great place. Love that a market and tiki bar are on sight. we would defenitly stay here again! Plenty of room for our family of 9. Including four teenagers.

A wonderful vacation

Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless and have everything we needed. Will definately visit again.

Family beach trip

We had a great stay. Spacious end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and another king suite attached. Very nice! Highly recommend, looking to book again.

Beach

This was a great location at PCB! I’d choose this location again! Some small flaws, garbage disposal leaked and some cookware needs updated. Overall, wonderful stay!

The location is excellent. We loved being right on the beach. This location is a little further down from the main beach area so it was a bit quieter. The condo was functional but it's in need of lots of maintenance. Kitchen needs an update - peeling cabinets and huge crack in the counter at the sink. Toilets would run occasionally. Fans were rocking and felt like that would fall down.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay in this condo was great. It was perfect for our stay of 8 people. As great as our stay was I would suggest to the company to update the major appliances. The dishwasher you had to pay close attention to to make sure it would actually start when you shut the door. The washer did ok but the dryer sometimes we would have do 2 cycles to get clothes dry. We also felt the oven could be replaced the knobs on the range the numbers were worn off and it seemed the cooking temps were slightly off. Also the pots and pans need to be replaced some of the pans seemed warped which didn’t allow for and even cooking surface. All that said we still very much enjoyed our stay the location was perfect the place had a nice large balcony and the pool area was great. And all the staff we encountered were nice.

All the rooms were very clean. No issues at all. The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and a very great view.
