The enormous infinite edge pool floats above the jungle floor. Perched on a private canyon, this modern house is conveniently located in the heart of Hillcrest, walking distance to restaurants, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo. Private paradise in walking neighborhood! Cinema room with surround sound!

Pool may be heated to 84 degrees for entire stay at a cost of $120 x # of nights (full stay only). Spa heat is included free.

This house is absolutely incredible. Will definitely stay here again! Everything was close by: downtown, the Zoo, Trader Joe's and Ralph's. The house itself is just amazing. It's like you're in a tropical forest even though you're next to downtown San Diego. The place looks even better than the pictures. The host was super easy to communicate with and very prompt/responsive. Loved our stay here!

The house was beautiful inside and out the landscaping and pool as well as the two hot tubs were absolutely perfect and very relaxing and enjoyable. However, we were not aware how strict the rules were about quiet hours beginning at 9 PM outside. We were a group of 40 year-old women at a conference so we were not crazy and partying and out of control, but it was very clear that the neighbors on either side are not happy about this rental being in their neighborhood. We experienced very rude neighbors multiple times throughout our state and made us very uncomfortable and we ultimately did not spend any time outside after six or 7 PM due to fear of getting screamed at. There also could’ve been a little bit more amenities provided at check-in such as more towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. but that was pretty minor. I would consider renting this house again, but I was very put off by the neighborhood experience.

We will take action on all your feedback re checkin supplies. Not a problem! We are also disappointed to hear about the behavior of the neighbors. Some people are just fundamentally unreasonable. Rest assured that we do allow full enjoyment of the premises and if we hear real time reports of overreaching neighbors we will take action. Quiet hours are 9pm on but before 9pm guests are fine using all outdoor facilities. This is a legal, permitted rental and we will stand behind that to ensure the fair enjoyment of our guests.
