Dream House
Villa Aqua is a perfect vacation home through and through. The location is excellent, in the best part of SW Cape Coral. It is only five minutes by bike to the nearest Publix and perhaps ten to Cape Harbor. The house was built only a few years ago and has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard by the owner. There is none of the usual plywood furnishings, only super high-quality furniture and extremely comfortable mattresses in the upper price range. The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances and you will find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen during your vacation. The equipment really leaves nothing to be desired. The absolute highlight is the covered lanai, also with super high-quality barbecue equipment and premium garden furniture. The cleanliness is impeccable and so is the service provided by the housekeeper. We rented the house for two full weeks in July 2025 and can 100% recommend it.
Die Villa Aqua ist ein durch und durch perfektes Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist exzellent, im besten Part von SW Cape Coral. Zum nächsten Publix sind es nur fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, zum Cape Harbour vielleicht zehn. Das erst vor wenigen Jahren Jahren erbaute Haus wurde vom Besitzer äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig möbliert und ausgestattet. Es gibt keine übliche Sperrholz-Einrichtung, sondern nur super hochwertige Möbel und extrem bequeme Matratzen der oberen Preisklasse. Die Küche ist mit Premium-Geräten ausgestattet und Sie werden alles finden, was man während des Urlaubs in der Küche gebrauchen könnte. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das absolute Highlight ist das überdachte Lanai mit ebenfalls super hochwertigen Grillgeräten und Premium-Gartenmöbeln. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und der Service der Hausbetreuerin ebenfalls. Wir haben das Haus im Juli 2025 für zwei volle Wochen gemietet und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
