The Space:

Perfect for large families or groups of friends, this recently updated home features 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a bright, open living space designed for connection and relaxation. Whether you're planning a weekend retreat or a longer escape from the daily grind, this home offers the ideal setting to unwind.

Master Bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds

Bedroom 3: One Queen bed

Bedroom 4: Two Double beds

Bedroom 5 (Converted Garage): Two Double beds (ceiling fan only, no AC)



The open-concept living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, making it easy to gather and share meals. Step outside to enjoy a private backyard oasis featuring:

Jacuzzi (free upon request)

Pool Heating Info:

Pool heating is available for an additional $109 per night. To ensure the pool is ready for your stay, please request this service at least 48 hours in advance. Payment must be made through Airbnb prior to your arrival.



Guest Access:

Full and private access to the house. 

Private parking for 2 cars + Free street parking.



Other Things to Note:

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.



- Pool cleaner visits: every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM.



- Gardener visits: Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am and 5pm.

The host was welcoming and accommodating when the arrival time was pushed back. The house was lovely. Sadly, the service requests were not answered until the end of the stay and when service was rendered the TV still did not work. In the future service calls should be answered fully.

Unfortunately, the home was not well maintained and did not match the listing. Several essential items were missing upon check in, including basic supplies such as toilet paper (only one roll in the entire house, with one bathroom having none at all), paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for basic upkeep.Multiple advertised amenities were unusable. The jacuzzi never worked, and the host was unaware that it was broken. The fire pit was also unusable because there was no gas key provided. It took 24 hours to receive a new key, well after we expected to use it.The condition of the house itself was concerning. Floors were buckling and bubbled in multiple rooms, and in one bedroom the flooring was uneven and sharp, causing children to stub their toes. The house was also not clean upon arrival. We found food debris such as pistachios and Cheerios under the couch and living room table. Additionally, the hallway fire alarm began chirping from low batteries at 1 a.m.When these issues were brought to the host’s attention, their response was rude and condescending, including questioning whether we had looked for basic supplies. The jacuzzi was never fixed during our stay.Overall, the property did not meet expectations based on the listing, and the host’s response to legitimate concerns was disappointing.

Relaxing and Great Stay

Booking a stay at a property with no reviews initially made me a bit skeptical, but I’m thrilled that I chose this house. It was exactly as described, with accurate photos and a fantastic pool. The entire place was impeccably clean, and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and attentive to all our questions, ensuring excellent communication when needed. Inside, the house was spotless and well-organized, and outside, the pool and backyard created a wonderful atmosphere. My kids had an absolute blast. Located in a peaceful and quiet community, it’s also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to find great food and nearby grocery stores. This place is truly a perfect spot, and we hope to return one day.
