Our 4bd, 2ba house is perfect for a group of friends or family looking for a clean, spacious, yet quaint place in a wonderful neighborhood. There is plenty of space for 13 people to sleep comfortably (9 beds), as well as 4 smart TVs (w/ complimentary Hulu & Disney+!), a deck AND a balcony, a gas grill, a firepit, a large backyard w/ patio seating, a game room (w/ ping pong and more), a workspace, & much more. Great access to nearby suburbs and to the City of Chicago by major roads and highways!
The space
Here is just some of what is included in your stay:

✔ Private backyard w/ outdoor seating (seating removed during the winter months)
✔ Master bedroom balcony with an amazing view of the backyard

Indoor:
➢ Access to whole house (minus the utility room, a couple closets, & the garage)
➢ 4 wall-mounted Smart TVs with included Hulu & Disney+
➢ 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 twin over full bunk bed, 1 pullout full bed, 1 folding twin bed, 2 futons, 4 leather couches
➢ Plenty of clothing storage (including large walk-in closet in upstairs master bedroom)
➢ Desk area with included office supplies, such as pens & notepads
➢ 2 full bathrooms, including all necessities mentioned above
➢ Fully stocked kitchen, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar, & more
➢ Formal dining table with 8 chairs (3 additional stools also available in coat closet)
➢ Two-story fireplace (gas) to cozy up by in the cold months
➢ Bedside lamps for some nighttime reading
➢ Alarm clocks with USB ports for easy phone charging
➢ Additional linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, & other necessities stored in master bedroom closet & main floor linen closet
Outdoor:
➢ Exclusive access to entire backyard (partially fenced) & front yard
➢ 6-person patio table and chairs (removed during the winter months)

Guest access
We ask that our guests park in our driveway. There is ample space for 5-6 normal-sized cars.
You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door.
Other things to note
WATER:
Our house is located on a well, providing guests with a rare and authentic experience. While the well contributes to the natural beauty and self-sustainability of our location, we want to transparently share that guests may occasionally encounter a faint sulfuric smell from the water and a slight tint due to its mineral-rich nature. Rest assured, this is a common characteristic of well water and is completely harmless. We have taken every measure to ensure the water is safe and clean for your use, and the occasional natural scent is a testament to the purity of our water source.
BASEMENT STAIRS:
When walking down the stairs leading to the basement, the ceiling height drastically decreases toward the bottom of the staircase. Anyone over the height of 5'8", in particular, should exercise caution when moving to/from the basement. This is only something to keep in mind for the stairs, as the ceiling height in the basement itself is a lot higher and not a safety hazard.
