If you're looking to take in a Chiefs game, it's a 30 minute drive to the stadium. Up for shopping in downtown Kansas City or the Plaza? It' a 25-minute drive. The Kansas City International Airport is only 20 minutes away!

Comforting Stay During a Difficult Time

We had to rent this property last minute due to traveling from out of state for a funeral, and we are so grateful we found it. Check-in was seamless, and the property manager was very responsive, making the process stress-free. The house was cozy and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the coffee and creamers provided—it was such a nice touch during a difficult time. Overall, a great stay, and we would absolutely return under different circumstances. Highly recommend!

Cute house in cute neighborhood

This house looked exactly how it did in the listing. Very cute, very clean, very well stocked with items we would need. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The only “complaint” (and I use that word loosely) is that the bathroom barn doors didn’t have a latch or lock of any kind and the kids didn’t like that there wasn’t a tv in their bedroom lol. But we very much enjoyed our stay! We got great use out of the house with the fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer, and the porch swing was a lovely perk! We flew in from FL for our wedding in KC and it just made our perfect trip that much more perfect :)

Cute and charming home.

We stay at this property for 2 nights during my daughter’s move to Smithville. We only stayed in the house to sleep and shower. It is as represented. A older home that has been remodel with charming taste and character. . Vanessa was wonderful to work with and had great communication with us . We had to change and rearrange our dates of our stay. And she was very pleasant and accommodating I would recommend staying here again.

Adorable Smithville home

This house is in a great location close to the square as well as the lake. Instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. House was immaculate with super cute decor! Coffee was also a plus because we really needed it! Will stay here again and again if they'll have us!
