The entire house is accessible to you during your stay. We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Master's bedroom features a Full bed and table by the corner of the TV with a drawer below the TV.

The master bedroom is equipped with a sleek television, providing entertainment and relaxation within the comfort of the room. Enhancing privacy and promoting restful sleep, blackout curtains adorn the windows, ensuring a peaceful ambiance at any hour.

This multifunctional table inside the master's bedroom seamlessly combines the functionality of a dedicated workspace and a vanity table, making it a practical addition to any bedroom. Positioned against one wall, the sleek design maximizes space while offering versatility and convenience. You can put a laptop, notebook, and other work essentials on top of the table. It is also equipped with a convenient USB charging hub, streamlining connectivity for your devices while you work. Positioned strategically atop the table is a stylish mirror, perfect for grooming routines and beauty rituals.

While a dedicated desk chair is pending, users can easily utilize a dining room chair for comfortable seating during work or grooming sessions. In the future, a specially designated stool will be added to complement the table's design, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing arrangement.

In the second bedroom, you'll find twin over full bunk beds, offering versatile sleeping arrangements for guests or family members. The room is complemented by 98% darkening blackout curtains, ensuring a restful environment, while its white color scheme adds a touch of brightness and freshness to the space.

The sectional couch in the living room is modular and can be turned into a bed to accommodate the 5th guest.

Parking is permitted in the driveway only. It can accommodate 1 parking spot. Parking in the grass is not allowed. If additional parking is needed, please utilize the free street parking. Just make sure to read the parking rules and traffic rules.

Our backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe space for your pet to roam and play. While pets are welcome to enjoy the outdoors, we kindly ask our guests that peeing be done in the designated bathroom areas not in the backyard, especially for our male guests.

For their safety and the consideration of others, pets should be either confined to a kennel or kept on a leash when not in the backyard.

We have a high chair and pack-n-play that can be used by our guests at all times. Pack n play is stored in the closet and you can use it whenever you need it. Just make sure to maintain overall cleanliness when using it and please take good care of it so more guests can enjoy it.

Other things to note
NOTE:
· No smoking or vaping anywhere within the property inside and outside. If you need to smoke, you have to be out of the property.
· No incense, candles, or open flames are permitted within the property.
· Fireworks are also prohibited within the property.
· We provide a charcoal starter for your grilling needs, but please remember to bring your own charcoal to fuel the fire.
· Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a boat or trailer to ensure there is enough space so it doesn't disrupt the neighbors.
· There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 3rd guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
· Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.

Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.

Guests are advised to exercise caution when navigating outdoor spaces, especially in freezing temperatures. Use handrails where available and watch for potentially slippery areas.

If you have any deliveries sent to the property, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any packages or mail. You must be there to receive it.

Firearms are not permitted within the premises.

Camp fires are at your own risk.
Also need to be small in size, no large bonfires and guests need to used their own fire wood. No fires on windy days or red flag days. Fire must be put out when unattended by adult. All fires must be attended by adult over 21.

Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a boat or trailer to ensure there is enough space so it doesn't disrupt the neighbors.

Do not disrespect Neighbors.
Please follow check-in and out instructions.
Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.
★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 Charge.
★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.
★FEES: There is a $500 fine for guests especially male guests who will be seen peeing in the backyard. Please do your business in the bathroom.

Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.
We only allow maximum of 2 dogs 65 lbs or less.
Pets must be added onto reservation as an additional guests and guests must pay an additional fee (listed below) after booking.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay.
Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house.
Pets must be leashed at all times except in the enclosed fenced backyard.
Pet cannot mark indoors.
Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
Pets must not be left unattended and have to be in a kennel/crate while guests are not inside of the residence.
