Central Tucson location, near shopping, downtown, and the U of A. This home is just north of the U of A track and soccer fields near Broadway and Tucson Blvd.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

POOL and HOT TUB Rules:
* No unsupervised children in the pool area
* NO diving
* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require pool/hot tub be drained. Guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in pool/hot tub.)
* No swimming in pool after 10 pm
* Advised to NOT stay in hot tub longer than 15 minutes (and do not drink alcohol while sitting in hot tub)
