The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Spacious and nice view of the lake. It’s pet friendly which we loved. The only problem we had was no internet/no TV the whole weekend. We tried unplugging the equipment at the request of the owner to no avail. We, as a family, enjoy movies at night together but it wasn’t possible. We only had phone service by connecting to a family members hotspot.

Read the reviews. Nice place to stay. Comfortable beds. Enjoyable deck out back. Plenty of parking. Not the driveway, but the road to the house is rough. The internet never worked. I made a mistake and didn't get the code until the last minute.. lack of cell service put us in a bind for a few minutes. Just saying, get the code before you get too far out of town. Enjoyed the stay.

everything meet expectations and was extremely nice. Only one issue. Was suppose to have wifi but it would not work. Contacted the host more than once to only get maybe my cleaning crew changed the password let me check with them. then never heard back from him. Was not able to use TV as it was a smart tv.and son could not play his video game as it used wifi. Very disappointing.

Great!

We had an awesome stay! Everything was clean and just like the picture. There was actually full size bun beds instead of twin but honestly that worked out better for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!

Birthday Getaway

Very relaxing . The driveway was a little steep and sketchy to us. It was very peaceful. We loved the hot tub !

We had a great time! The property is beautiful, clean and remote with plenty of parking!! We brought our pontoon with a 2500 Chevy and a Highlander and there was more than enough room for parking. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place for you!! The Linton recreational area is perfect to launch your boat and the beach area is clean!! Our kids really enjoyed it!! All in all this was one of the best rips we’ve booked!!

Beautiful and well take care of on the inside.

The Property was well taken care of. Beautiful on the inside. The grass needs to cut, and the spider webs cleaned off the doors. The roads to the house were not great for driving cars.

Clean and cute

I agree with other review about spiders on outside of house. (Need removed) This property does not have 3 bathrooms. If you are cooking for 12 bring pans to cook food for that many. Not supplied. Very clean! Nice property. Would stay again. Lack of response from emails left us uneasy for check in bc we were traveling (with 8 and dogs) 7 hours not sure if we would get check in codes etc… received them last minute.

Better Options Out There

Clean, but not comfortable. Property is in a sketchy area...road up to house is challenging. Although it is a relatively new house, the property is not maintained well at all. The view of the lake was beautiful and the hot tub was nice. Upon arrival, the internet was down. After several failed attempts to contact the host, we contacted VRBO. Long story short, we had to contact the internet provider and make arrangements to have it fixed. After we checked out on Saturday, I reached out to the host and have yet to hear back...

Good not great

As others have said, the road to the property is not maintained. The property itself is also not maintained. Upon arrival, we experienced an odor inside that was very unpleasant. The inside was dirty and there was a dead bird on the deck. The deck table was broken and unusable. The grill utensils were scattered on the deck. The WiFi did not work and communication with the host was limited at best. We contacted the internet provider and was assured there was no outage in the area and that the issue involved the equipment inside. We were unable to resolve the issue due to not being the owners. The communication with host, what little there was, did not resolve the issue either. All in all, this property was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend nor will I return to this property or the Sandpiper company in the future. A total waste of time and money.

The property worked well for our annual vacation with friends. There are two routes in and the one GPS took us on the road was washed out and steep. The other was much better so I would recommend turning on Lake Vista Dr and coming in that way. The outside could use a spray down but it’s in the woods so it wasn’t anything that would be unexpected. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Once there, the house was very nice and clean. The back deck was a great place to hang out. There were plenty of towels, tp, soap, etc. Overall, a wonderful experience. The GPS sent us in the wrong direction to get there and we lost our phone signal, so that was tough. I am thinking that putting precise directions to get to the house site would be helpful. We would recommend staying there!
