Peaceful Place to Relax

Our home is a on a 3.2 acre gated property. The neighborhood is quiet. There are fruit and nut trees and an outdoor oven. The home is on one level and we just built a ramp for easy access. The home is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. We have several farm animals in the pasture next to the house (horses, geese, chickens, sheep, lamb and goats). Guests may look at the animals from the gate but are not allowed entry to the pasture. There is ample parking. There is a front porch to look across at the mountainside and a variety of beautiful trees and birds. Visit nearby wineries and a super fun family water park. Enjoy hiking, apple picking, outlet shopping in Gilroy. Close to Santa Cruz, Carmel, Monterey, San Jose, Moss Landing. Close to some great ocean fishing. Enjoy a day of golf at near by Coyote Point Golf Course. Eat at some great restaurants in downtown Morgan Hill. Sleep in - One king size bed, two queen size beds, three twin size beds. Two couches, one love seat. We are 25 minutes from Santa Clara and Levi Stadium hosting the summer of 2026 World Cup😊.

We had an event in San Martin and it was such a beautiful place to stay. She was very responsive and willing to work with some of the questions I had. I would recommend staying at this place

This property was the perfect size for our 6 adults and 2 kids. Well stoked kitchen and prime location for Gilroy events or activities. Our family enjoyed watching and talking to the horses next door.

Perfect house for a family reunion

Family flew in from Hawaii, Washington and Oregon to help celebrate a life well lived. This house was large enough to accommodate all of us without being on top of each other. Having coffee and cocktails on the front lanai was simply delightful.

Ranch Living

Spacious property and large home with a great floor plan. It is a ranch with horses, goats, farm fresh eggs and privacy. There is a peacefulness here where you can relax and recharge. Family time was great. Location to Gilroy Gardens, wineries, and restaurants is convenient.Communication with management was very timely and accommodating.

Wonderful weekend family getaway

The home was in a great location. Shopping, food choices, wineries and Gilroy Gardens were close by. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and more. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. The communication with Susan the owner was AMAZING!

Great Place

This place is a true old school Ranch in San Martin. We had our two adult children, their spouses grandson, and Au Pair and had so much room and fun. The kitchen, family room and dining room all connect and we had plenty room for my extended family to come over and entertain. Susan, was a very accommodating host. Very quick to respond- beds were comfortable, grandson couldn’t get enough of the animals on the side of the home. We had so much fun. Host had everything you could have needed on site. Thanks for a great family trip!

Overall the property met our needs for number of beds and location. However, we were surprised at how run down the place was. It needs updating! The kitchen appliances are old and rundown. Many of the cabinets were dirty with garage supplies stored in them. The back patio and grills are unusable due to cleanliness and need for updating. Several windows did not close without going outside to do so. Multiple spiders in bathroom and cobwebs/dust in fixtures and ledges. Furniture, appliances have not been updated since 1980’s. A light at the gate entrance would be helpful for safety as traffic is pretty fast on the main road and street lighting is minimal. Grateful for the place but could be a lot better, and more accurately promoted.

Great size to accommodate 8 comfortably, however, one of the rooms didn’t have a door. Restrooms were spacious and clean. Some of the furniture was worn but the beds were great. The outdoor space was fine in front yard but the back patio was not very inviting. It only had a dirty plastic table with dirty plastic chairs and nowhere else to sit. Behind the patio was a unkept dry field. The kitchen was spacious but cluttered. Just needed some organization. It was hot (in the 90s) and it never occurred to us there may not be air conditioning. There were fans and you could open the windows but it was still hot. Many of the windows were a challenge to open and close because many of the handles needed repair. We loved being in the country with the horses, goats, and chickens. Parking was good but no garage access.

The home comfortably sleeps 9 plus at least 2 sleeping spaces on our brand new comfortable couch and another couch in the living room. The “twins “ bedroom has a folding screen type door for privacy. We left a new, clean tablecloth for outside use as fog and rain can make the outside back table damp. We are not sure why you would think our kitchen is cluttered. Drawers for guest use are clearly labeled ( knives, silverware, dish cloths, pots and pans). We pride ourselves in having an uncluttered home! Any of the other drawers are not necessary for guests. Our garage has never been asked for use and not sure what you would have needed the garage for as there is more than enough parking on our 3.2 acre property. We present our home on VRBO exactly as it is with pictures and explanations. No surprises or false claims. It is exactly as represented.
