Guests will have complete and exclusive access to this beautiful and cozy 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom home and beautiful back yard. The entire house is WI-FI enabled. The house consists of 4 bedrooms - with comfortable queen size beds and SMART TV; s, 2 baths and a fully equipped Kitchen, large dining room and Living room. Queen Sofa bed in living room can accommodate +2 guests. The house is approximately 1500 sqft. Spacious backyard with BBQ and outdoor dining. Open layout floor plan. I would give this place a 4.5 All the rooms are nice and spacious 2 beds and really hard to the point my husband woke up with a messed up back. All the rooms have a tv the parking can probably fit 4 to 5 cars and the house is very spacious. The house can get pretty hot with a lot of ppl. The kitchen and fridge was very clean to which my family members like. The stores like dollar tree, CVS, smart and final are less than 10 min away which a plus.

Law school graduation

Family from Guam and SoCal came to San Jose for graduation at Santa Clara law school. It was a bit further east than anticipated but still convenient to go to Santa Clara and Santa Cruz. The house was big enough to keep the peace and the backyard was a pleasant place to hang out.

Great Family House Rental

We stayed here over the weekend. The house is in a safe quiet area of South side San Jose. The host was kind and quick in getting back to us when we had any questions. Overall, we had a great stay here. We definitely recommend it.

This is a very cute house in the Blossom Valley/Santa Teresa area of San Jose. The house was very clean and met all of our needs while visiting friends and family. The host was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in San Jose.

Loved this little house. Was exactly as described! The back yard was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Beds were comfy. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the garage. Not a super busy neighborhood, but has easy access to the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as described in the listing. It was a great location for our family event we were in town for. Walking distance to a local grocery store, Starbucks, donut shop and other dining. Safe and clean neighborhood. Within a few miles of tons more shopping and services in multiple directions. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would absolutely stay again at this home.

Vacation to Monterey and Santa cruz

Amazing home to have multi families staying together. The house has amazing updates, decor, set up. I do wish there was another couch for more seating in the living room. The bathrooms are all updated, great closet space in each room, open kitchen. Our stay was for a birthday vacay and it’s a good middle ground for visiting the towns against the coast! 1 hr to Monterey and 1 hr to Santa Cruz!! Very nice location for our family. Can’t wait to stay there again when we make another vacation in the area!
