Find serenity both inside and out with outdoor seating and an open floor plan filled with cool furnishings. Gather and build memories with family and friends. High end cooking appliances and accessories. The house is big enough for 2 families to share. Perfect working retreat with fast wifi and a nice work space.

This property was lovely, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed (plus more). The host responded promptly and it was easy to communicate. We also loved the many sky-lights, providing nice lighting. We traveled with kids and they enjoyed the many toys and games available, as well as the bunkbeds. We cooked and found all essentials readily available. Most of all, the home was perfectly located near many things to do- including the redwoods at Nisene Marks State Park (10 min drive). We would stay here again.

Jason: I'm a Bay Area native, growing up in the South Bay and Santa Cruz. I love being near the ocean (but actually in the redwoods). We have two boys who keep us on our toes, and I love it. We both love our home and look forward to welcoming you, your friends, and family!
Tracy: I've been in SF and the East Bay since the 90s, meaning it's been my home longer than where I group up in Oregon near the Idaho border. (Did you know OreIda comes from blending the names of the two states? I should know...I worked there! : D ) Aptos is my happy place! I hope you love it as much as I do.

We love Aptos because you're either right next to the beach or in the lovely redwoods and pines that form the hillsides. There is no in-between...literally! Santa Cruz has a spirit that never dies...thankfully! I wonderful being here, where everyone still says hi to each other, even walking down the street. That's rare for the Bay Area. In Aptos, we still get to have the serenity of the hills and the beaches without being in the thick of the Santa Cruz heartbeat. And in the other direction, Monterey is a great place to visit, and to take visitors.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We're minutes from so many wonderful places, but have the peace that comes from redwoods, eucalyptus, oaks, and elms surrounding our home and windows. There's an adorable bird that insists on pecking at our window every spring. Maybe you'll get to meet him! (or her!) It's a peaceful place on the outside, and Tracy has done a wonderful job keeping that serenity sacred on the inside as well. It's a blessing to be in our home and we're thankful for it every day.
