-Pool is serviced weekly, solar heating system installed in March 2022. This system will warm the pool but will NOT heat efficiently in the colder months or in cloudy conditions
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.

Clean spacious home in nice neighborhood

Entire family of 11 stayed here quite comfortably. LARGE spacious kitchen and home perfect for our family and plenty of parking for three large vehicles. Minor issues upon arrival were quickly handled. The only reason I didn't give five stars was outside pool area was somewhat dirty and solar heated pool temp was incredible hot.. definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay! The area was very nice, quiet. The owner was very responsive with any questions. The only negatives were the mattresses. Not comfortable at all. Overall it was a great place to stay

Great home, great location

This is a great house for a big group. Nice, safe neighborhood. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Owner was super nice and quick to respond with any questions we had.

Excellent Property

6 adults representing 3 families and 3 children under the age of 9 stayed here. This property had everything we needed to entertain the kids and ourselves. My kiddos enjoyed walking to Long Creek Nature Preserve (which is connected to this subdivision). The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I could not have ask for a better stay. We will be back!

Perfect 10 out of 10!

We couldn’t have been more pleased and excited about our accommodations. Our host TJ was a fantastic communicator before and throughout our entire stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless, had a perfect layout for our extended family, comfy beds and the jet tub in the master suite was amazing! The kids all loved the saltwater pool so much and the view from the back patio is unbeatable. We couldn’t recommend this house any more highly and will definitely be back for vacations in the future!

Lovely property!

Upon entering the home we realized that the home was more beautiful in person. The home is spacious and definitely served for a nice family getaway. The only issue was the roaches (two were dead when we arrived), we immediately notified the PM Beth when we saw some live roaches and she came over and sprayed the house as it was the weekend and that seemed to solve the problem as it was only one dead one after that. Overall, the home is beautiful and the pool area was serene. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home and great location

The house was beautiful and had a great location. The guests before us didn’t take care of the home and it smelled of curry even with the cleaning crew doing intensive cleaning on it. The garbage from the previous guests was still in the garage and it very much smelled. Unfortunately the beds were weird and not too comfortable. They were really soft and our heads were much lower than our bodies. If the guests before us weren’t bad I think our only complaint would of been the mattresses. Our family loved the game room! It was great! The view from the backyard was perfect! It is a great home for a large family or group!

Good Property but “heated pool” was always cold

The property is good. All facilities except pool worked as advertised. The owner was very responsive to queries initially, but stopped responding after reporting few serious concerns in the last few days of vacation. Pool turned out to be an ultimate disappointment for kids and adults. It never functioned as a heated pool as advertised; blame it on cold weather, blame it on solar heater; blame it on lack of knowledge from tenant on not trying to understand how solar heater works; Within a week of vacation, the first 2 days were extreme cold ( Sunday and Monday); weather improved starting Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday had great FL beach weather; but pool alone continued to be cold.. Requested the owner for a compensation or to validate if pool is getting heated up, only to hear that it’s functioning as expected. As a small advice to the owner, kindly don’t post that you have a heated pool. This was the main reason for us and kids to select the property and turned out to be a major disappointment.

Nice home and great neighborhood

Our family stayed at this home for Thanksgiving. The home was comfortable and the surrounding area was great for going on walks and enjoying the scenery.

disappointment

from the moment of arriving the wash machine was broken. The homeowner told me the day before about it, and I had to wait a few days for a repair attempt, and then the next day for a replacement to come and could not leave the house until it was delivered. The garage was filled with garbage that was leaking on the floor and it smelled like a dump in there. The floors in the house were absolutely disgusting and there was nothing to clean them with. I had to go to the store and purchase a vacuum cleaner after asking multiple times if there was one in the house in one of the locked doors or if the cleaning lady could come and bring us one. the one i bought filled up after just cleaning the area rug in the living room. I even have pictures that were sent to the homeowner and there was no response . The mattress supports were busted on the bunkbeds. Doorhandles were falling off a door. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. there were not enough towels for the amount of guests that we had on our reservation. Besides that the house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood just not maintained very well at all.

Beautiful, spacious home!

This was one of the nicest rentals I've stayed at and I have stayed at many! Plenty of room for our extended family. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Owner was extremely responsive and clearly takes pride in providing a well equipped and well maintained home.

Amazing house!

We had an amazing time in Palm Coast! The house was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the pool ad pool table! The adults enjoyed being able to see the kids right from the living room. The dining room was perfect for eating and playing games at night. The host was very responsive and able to answer any questions. He took care of everything we needed quickly.

Wonderful stay at Dockside

This home was absolutely wonderful. It had everything and more that we could possibly need for our stay. Home was immaculate. Communication with TJ (owner) was easy and quick and checking in and out was a breeze. We loved the pool and the beautiful views. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip.
