Imagine waking up to a breathtaking sunrise over the ocean, seen right from your plush king-sized bed in this renovated, 8th-floor beachfront retreat. The guest bedroom includes two queen-sized beds.

Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the comfort of your own balcony, which features a cedar dining set and a high-top Polywood table with Adirondack chairs. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, you'll enjoy the panoramic sights of the ocean and the endless horizon. The tranquil sound of waves and stunning scenery make this the perfect coastal escape.

An electric vehicle charging station is conveniently located by this building.

Sea Colony guest badges are required for each person ages four and over each week and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe (across the street from Sea Colony). In addition to badges, parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off-season.

Very comfortable place and furnished wonderfully. We had some ugly weather and found ourselves in the room a bit more than expected but the place was extremely comfortable and allowed us to feel right at home. Parking is great. Great stay on the beach

We loved the condo at 805 Chesapeake. The place matched the photos and was located right on the beach with access to several swimming pools. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the condo was clean upon arrival.

Steve and I have been enjoying Bethany Beach with our family for over a decade. About six years ago, we discovered Sea Colony and instantly fell in love. Since then, we've made it our tradition to visit as much as possible.

We cherish the opportunity to share our beach retreat with guests. We hope you find it as special and relaxing as we do!
