Offering a one-level layout with ceramic tile flooring throughout, new HVAC system (July 2018) and new hot water heater (August 2018), this resort retreat features a living and dining area, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium features a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs.  3 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray, Wifi. Notes: Ceramic tile flooring throughout. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Beautiful Sea Colony Unit

Our family has been vacationing at Sea Colony for years and we all agreed this was our favorite unit. The furnishings and decor look like they were done by a decorator, yet everything was very comfortable and the unit felt spacious. The unit was also very clean and Vacasa made check-in and out easy. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great condo with a beautiful view.

My family (wife, 4 kids and my parents) spend 5 days in this condo. This was the first time visiting the Bethany area and we were very happy with the stay. The condo was clean and well kept and the view was perfect. Several great restaurants and a mini golf course all within walking distance.

Beach Vacation Win!

We had an excellent time! The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed. The view is amazing! The location is very convenient to the Bethany Beach boardwalk and many restaurants. Sea Colony is a lovely resort with pools and beach access. The community also has manned security which was a win. Would highly recommend!

Great Place!

We have rented throughout Sea Colony and prefer Island House. This unit has comfortable and updated furnishings/decor. Easy walk to the beach and felt less crowded. Great kitchen appliances and clothes washer/dryer (new and very efficient!) We highly recommend this unit!

Great location

The location was perfect for walking to Bethany Beach or driving to Ocean City, Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. The view was beautiful! The 3 bedroom condo was well furnished. It was only missing dish towels. I would prefer a Queen or king bed rather than the double with a bunk and trundle.

506 Island House - Sea Colony, Bethany Beach, Delaware

The condo had not been cleaned following the previous renters, so that was a huge drawback, talking to multiple people to remedy the situation before my daughter, her husband and one-year old son arrived. Once that was straightened out, the condo was great. The other kids (10 and 7) loved the bunkbeds, it was a beautiful condo, and the view was stupendous.
