Spokes on Oaks is located in the heart of quaint Floral City. Just steps from the bike trail and only 1 block from the library, museum, bike shop and The Shamrock restaurant. Spokes is a remodeled 2BR, 1.5 bath house with loads of amenities. There is a 12x30 screen porch with bar, fenced private yard, gardens, fire pit, grill and picnic pavilion. There is Wifi, streaming TV, space for your bikes, big kitchen island, desk work space, laundry room, games and much more. You will enjoy bicycle themed light fixtures and bicycle art all over the property. Everything is included from paper goods to firewood. Only 400 ft from the spectacular tree lined Withlacoochee Bike Trail. The small town of Floral City is located in the center of this mostly flat, 46 mile trail with the town of Inverness approx. 7 miles north and Brooksville to the south. This trail will accommodate the most casual to the most seasoned riders.

The property is an absolute hidden gem. It is so clean and comfortable and stocked with any incidentals you may need. The bed is super comfortable. The theme of bicycles is perfect. The Withlacoochee bike trail is very very close to the house. There is a neat and friendly restaurant right there in town that we ate at.

This property was great in every way! We were looking for a place to stay while riding bikes on the Withlacoochee State Trail. This home is at the halfway point of the trail with close easy access. The house was immaculate and updated with plenty of bike decorations inside and out. Check in was easy and Chris, the host, was easy to get in touch with and very personable. Plenty of room to park with outbuildings to keep bikes from the weather. No security issues. I highly recommend it!

Look no further! This is the one for you! This property is absolutely beautiful! The home has been completely remodeled and updated with all beautiful furniture and appliances. The home has a bicycle theme that will keep you in amazement for the entire time of your stay. There is a large screened in porch at the rear of the property to enjoy your favorite coffee or cocktail. As you enter the stunning private and fully fenced backyard you will encounter various "eye catching" solar lights that have been installed by the owner/host. If you travel with your pet they will feel very safe and entertained in this gorgeous backyard oasis. The proximity of the Withlacoochee bike trail is also a super plus if you plan on doing some riding on the trail. Chris is truly a "Super Host" and he will do everything possible to make your stay a memorable one. We can't wait to go back!!Dale & DebbiePalmetto, FL

Thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind. Had everything we could possibly need and more. We enjoyed the many bespoke items that were both functional and decorative (never thought I’d get to use “bespoke” in a VRBO review) Withlacoochee bike trail access was great and we’d love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Oaks and Spokes! From the start, Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He even called after we made the reservation and again after we arrived, which made everything feel very personal and easy. Communication throughout our stay was seamless.The property itself is truly one of a kind. The decor is phenomenal—thoughtful, creative, and perfectly tied to the area with its bike-themed elements, especially given its proximity to the rail trail. We found ourselves discovering new details each day, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The location is also a big plus—the rail trail is super convenient and adds to the overall charm of the stay. The home was very clean, and the backyard continues the theme beautifully with unique touches that show how much care and creativity went into designing the space.Overall, we really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making this property special. Highly recommend staying here—we would absolutely come back!

Wonderful

What a great place. Comfortable clean and decorated in a biking theme that was so cute. Everything we needed was there. Great location on the Withlacoochee trail. We found some great restaurants nearby and lots to do. Would definitely come back again

Beautiful bike themed home

We enjoyed the creative touches this home had, and all the little important things (soap, coffee, etc) that were provided. This house was in a perfect spot for us to ride the trail in both directions. The screen porch and fenced back yard were also fantastic!

Exactly what I needed!

Everything about the house was exactly what we needed. I love the proximity to the Withlacoochee Trail. Nothing beats being able to head out right from the house. We were there for an event at Sparacia Witherell Family Winery and the house was only 15 minutes from there - but also only 15 minutes from Inverness and the surprisingly great offerings there. The host was excellent and flexible - and helpful when I almost made a booking mistake that he caught for me. The theme and decor was so fun. I only wish I'd stayed longer! I'll definitely be going back.

Wonderful

For bicycle enthusiasts the house makes you happy. Wonderful bicycle decor and very close to Withalacoochee bike trail. Back yard fully fenced and very special. House clean, well equipped. Plenty of room to park bass boat. Boat ramp 2 miles. Not a lot of restaurants but easy to go to Inverness, Brooksville, etc.

Truly Exceptional

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near the Withlacoochee State Trail for a couple of days of biking. Chris’ home exceeded our expectations and is, no doubt, in the top 2 or 3 homes of the many, many we have rented. This house has it all - everything you may need for a comfortable stay, very clean, unique and beautiful decor, an amazing backyard, close to the Withlacoochee Trail and a responsive and caring host that is committed to ensuring his guests have a positive experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Spokes on Oaks.

Perfect for the WST

Like many others before us, the first thought when we saw this lovely little place was, “Wow!”It’s a beautifully renovated property, clean & comfortable inside & outside, with amenities and numerous extra touches for a very enjoyable stay. In addition to many other things, I liked the extra vanity area complete with mirror, plug, & light, in the closet of one of the bedrooms. The house’s location at the midpoint of the Withlacoochee State Trail is very convenient too.Chris communicated perfectly, and answered my messages promptly.An all-star place - I highly recommend it!
