The best ocean views in Ocean Park are located in this condo. This 2-bedroom 2 2-bath condo is centrally located on the 4th floor in Ocean Park. Enjoy incredible sunsets from your balcony. 
A large open floor plan allows you to enjoy the ocean views from the kitchen and living room. An ocean view can be seen from the master bedroom, which features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the guest bedroom, there is a double bed plus a trundle bed. A hall bath is located outside the guest bedroom.  Will sleep up to 6 with a King sleeper sofa located in the living room.

The Ocean Park complex is an ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, a playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. Located at Main Beach, the Sandbar restaurant is within walking distance of this condo and is an excellent spot for dining on the beach.

Great location!

Ocean Park condos are lovely. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the ocean. The hot tub was also a nice touch. It was great to be able to have a private garage. Rental included a credit with a company that provided beach chairs and other beach gear. That was unexpected but wonderful.

Beautiful view, very clean condo, at a great price.

This unit is in a wonderful location and has a beautiful view of the ocean over a few small beach houses. While it is not ocean front, the distance to walk to the beach is about 3 minutes and very easy and flat. The unit was super clean and had enough amenities to provide for basic needs. The kitchen and laundry appliances could certainly be updated but they are functional. A few more towels would have been nice as there was only enough for one per person. The furniture is a little outdated and not the most comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and this condo is somewhere we would stay again.

Our Stay March 2025

Clean condo & property well cared for. We were disappointed in the master bed size. Listing says bed is queen size but appears to be a full size, even according to the label on the sheets. Large master bedroom, so more than enough room for a larger bed. Husband and I slept in separate rooms because of this, we are not large people either. Just felt crowded. Hot tub in pool area was not working and others have told us that they had been there for 3 weeks and hasn’t worked entire time. It’s a beautiful area, but for the cost we expected the luxury of the hottub in the evening, and more comfortable sleeping area.
