Our Italian Village home is perfect for large groups! This 4500 Sq ft home, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and large basement w/game room for entertaining. This house is located between N. 4th and High Street popular areas.

Note: This is a personal home prepped for hosting. Private apartment above the separate garage, used morning & evening for our team & family.

There are 3 free off-street parking spots; additional parking fees may apply after the reservation is made.

The Short North Arts District is one of the Midwest’s best kept secrets. There is a huge variety of unique shops, bars and restaurants, and art galleries along High Street and a number of annual events that take place year-round. We have a thorough list of recommendations in the house to local bakeries, cafes, and restaurants.

You will have access to the entire home, 1st floor of 2-car garage, and fenced backyard patio. Our team & family members may use the sidewalk way to access the carriage house and back patio from time to time.

This custom home is a great landing pad for your large group. Please note this is lived-in home but have been fully prepped by our team to host.

When you walk into the house, you will be welcomed by a chef's kitchen, dining, and living room area. There is plenty of seating between the couches, a gas fireplace, a large dining table, and kitchen island with seating. The smart TV, sans cable service, is set up for your personal streaming accounts. The chef's kitchen is supplied with every tool and small appliance you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, along with some cooking staples such as olive oil, salt, and pepper. Have a large group to cook for? There is a 48" gas stove and double dishwashers to assist with that task. There is also a coffee machine with Folgers coffee, teas, creamer, and sugar. The first floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a half bath off of the foyer.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, dual closets, and a full bathroom with heated floors, a walk-in shower, and jacuzzi bathtub. There are two bedrooms on this floor that each have a queen bed. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects the two bedrooms. There is also a second-floor laundry closet with a two washers and dryers!

The basement is PERFECT for hanging out- a huge seating area, kitchenette, full bathroom...New game room with Pop-a-Shot basketball, retro game system, ping pong darts and foosball.

There are two outdoor spaces to enjoy- the front porch on the most scenic streets in Italian Village and a serene back patio. The fenced back patio of the house has large seating area, a hammock, and a basketball hoop. A charcoal grill is provided to make the outdoor space perfect for entertaining.

There is a ton to do on High Street and the up-and-coming N. 4th Street. It's super easy to get around using any GPS mapping.

Local Tip: Columbus meter maids love to give tickets- read the parking street signs in the downtown area and on neighborhood streets!

For security purposes, we require a photo along with a valid driver's license during the booking process.

We are currently not hosting local residents.

There is an additional guest fee per person/night for the 7th guest and up. The guest fee will be calculated on the quote breakdown when entering the correct guest count into the reservation or inquiry. Only registered, paying overnight guests are permitted at the residence. Please ensure you have the correct guest count and make any changes before the start of your reservation. Refunds for additional guest fees are under the host’s discretion.

There is a carriage house apartment over the garage that shares the backyard. Carriage house used morning & evening for our team and family. You may see the carriage house team or family in the backyard.

We observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM. There is a noise monitor in this home to help keep noise to acceptable levels for all guests and our neighbors. This measures sound decibels only, no recordings or anything of that nature. If there is a noise issue, please feel free to contact us and vice versa, we will contact you.

We provide starter quantities of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, and laundry pods (typically 2 of each) to help you get started. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience, along with coffee, creamer etc.

For longer stays or if you need more during your visit, we kindly ask that you pick up any additional supplies you may need. This helps us keep our rentals affordable and eco-friendly for all guests. Thank you for understanding.

There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.

Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- we cannot 100% guarantee that the vacation rental is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity.

House guests have parking for 3 vehicles- 2 car garage and 1 vehicle behind the garage on the concrete pad. The parking garage is for mid-sized SUVs and trucks or smaller. Large size trucks/SUVs or vehicles with extended height fittings will not fit. On-street parking is available for $5/day under our City's permit system- please contact us to register your vehicle.

$129.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee is REQUIRED for all reservations. Damage waiver covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage. Damages deemed intentional or by negligence will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the sole responsibility of the guest. If Ozone machines are needed due to strong odors of any sort, a $500.00 fee will be incurred by the guest.

For your safety and protection of the home, there are exterior cameras located on the front and rear of the home. There are no interior cameras.
