On top of that, it's surrounded by 200 acres of protected wetlands and serves as a sanctuary for birds and wildlife, providing a tranquil backdrop for your stay.

Guests can enjoy access to a range of amenities within the Bethany Bay Resort Community, including an outdoor pool (available 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as a playground and a nine-hole, par-three golf course (guests do not have access to the fitness center).

Inside the townhouse, you'll find a welcoming living space with comfortable furniture and a smart TV (no cable) to watch your favorite streaming services (guests must use their own login credentials). Group chefs can happily take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and its modern appliances to whip up hearty meals for all to enjoy. After tasty meals, indulge in the bay views from the furnished balcony. When it's time to wind down for the evening, no matter which of the many bedrooms you opt to use, know you're guaranteed a good night's rest.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
