Herons on La Hacienda – Waterfront Grotto Pool, Golf Cart & Minutes to Indian Rocks Beach

Herons on La Hacienda is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Grotto Pool Home that will accommodate 10 guests. Welcome to Vacation Perfection! Located just minutes from the beautiful Indian Rocks beach, this home has everything! The backyard provides a heated saltwater pool with a grotto to get a reprieve from the sun, pool loungers, resort-style seating, and an outdoor dining table. You can pull up a chair out on the dock, do some fishing, and catch the dolphins and the sunsets. Inside the home, there are several places to gather with your guests or find a spot of your own to watch a movie. The kitchen has been renovated so staying in and making a meal will be easy. You will want to make Herons on Hacienda your vacation destination year after year!

Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Table with 8 chairs.

Living Room: 2 Queen-size sleeper sofas, 2 rocking chairs with 2 ottomans, easy chair, coffee table, TV w/ console table, and games.

Den: Futon, TV, end table

2nd Living Area: Sofa, chair, ottoman, and bookshelf.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a Kind size bed, 2 dressers, a double ceiling fan, a TV, a chair, a closet with a washer and dryer, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity and step-in shower w/ chair. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3: 2 Twin Beds (another twin mattress in the closet) dresser, and nightstand.

Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and single vanity.

Outdoor Oasis: Heated saltwater pool with grotto, resort-style seating, dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, rocking bench, 2 chairs, fock with 2 chairs, kayaks, and gas grill. The home is also supplied with a golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver), 3 fishing poles, 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 50 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. Grass and street parking are not permitted.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid-back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants, and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
