The Space:

Step inside Ocean Shore Retreat and discover a haven of comfort and style. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The main living room features comfortable seating, a large television, and access to the outdoor patio. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The dining area offers a spacious table for enjoying meals together, with seating for up to eight people. Each of the four bedrooms is designed for ultimate relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a single bed, ideal for a child or individual guest. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a double bed, providing ample space for guests. In total, three full bathrooms are available, including one conveniently located near the pool area, which also has a shower for rinsing off after a swim. Outside, the private, heated pool and spa beckon for refreshing dips and leisurely lounging. Enjoy al fresco dining with the BBQ grill and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The property also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house.



Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.

Getting around Ocean Shore Retreat is a breeze! Free parking is available in the driveway for your convenience. For those flying in, the property is conveniently located near both St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), approximately a 30-minute drive away, and Tampa International Airport (TPA), about a 45-minute drive. While Indian Rocks Beach is best explored by car, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Public transportation options are somewhat limited in this area, but you can explore local bus routes for travel within the county. Consider using a car for exploring the surrounding areas, including Clearwater Beach and the vibrant city of St. Petersburg.

• POOL HEATER – Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Pool temperature depends on outdoor conditions such as air temperature, wind, rain, and season. While the heater significantly increases comfort, specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially during cooler weather.

Please note:

During cold weather or overnight low temperatures, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain higher temperatures (such as 85°F).

Heating the pool can take several hours or even a full day, depending on weather conditions, wind, and initial water temperature.

Heater performance is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed during colder days.

If the pool temperature is 20–25°F warmer than the outside temperature, the heater is working properly.
