The Space:

This home is situated across 4 bedrooms, laid out as follows:



Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite patio access and en-suite bathroom access to primary bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, featuring dual vanities.



Second Bedroom: King bed, shared second bath with walk in shower



Third Bedroom: King bed, shared second bath with walk in shower



Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, shared second bath with walk in shower



This home features two living rooms, one in the front of the home with a more formal 6 top dining table and multiple armchairs and the second located in the back of the home with an oversized sectional sofa positioned in front of a large Smart TV. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and island, and is fully stocked. The pool area features a large heated and caged pool, propane fire fit with ample seating around it, and a BBQ grill. The home also features a two car garage that guests may access.



The Wellington Lakes community also features a community clubhouse and heated pool which guests may access if they so desire.



Guest Access:

Guests have access the entire property, pool area, and garage.

This home is located in Wellington Lakes, situated in the Winkler Extension area of Fort Myers. Close to beaches and hospitals.

We recommend a rental car

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in serenity!
