The house was great and exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect- a short walk to the numerous downtown shops, to family for us, and right next to a great new boardwalk/trail- perfect for daily walks and even long runs. The city was nearby and we were able to find a great weight lifting gym within a short drive (many others even closer though if looking for a basic gym). House was very clean and updated. The furniture was all nice and new. The bed was large and comfortable, same goes for the pillows provided. We did not use the guest room but I would assume that bed was also comfortable there. The upstairs bathroom was a bit smaller (small sink/vanity) but had nice storage space in the mirror and the shower was nice and large. Downstairs bathroom was larger with plenty of space. Towels and bathroom amenities provided. A nice new thermostat unit in the place. New fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. Basic coffee maker with seasonings and coffee etc provided and set out nicely for us. Washer and dryer (slightly smaller loads but still a good size and newer) with detergents available. Small basic blender available for use and hair dryer in the bathroom. Easy check in and check out. Great stay- already recommended to family and look forward to staying here again!

The house met our needs for two nights. The directions left by the owner regarding the property was very clear and friendly. We were disappointed having to kill a live roach inside the home ten minutes after arrival and then another the morning we left.

The house was clean and location good. Bed was comfortable. Only thing bad was all the trains but got used to it. Many restaurants close by.

Our stay was ok. My fault, I booking a place with stairs. I have knee and hip medical issues. The cleaning crew can do a better job of cleaning. Also, make sure they change the sheets on the beds. Both bed needed clean sheets. There was trash under the bed in the 2nd guess bedroom. Downstairs bath had a dirty shirt that may have been left by previous guess. RefrIgerator needed cleaning. Overall the place was good for our two day stay for my niece's Funeral.We love booking with Vrbo, we will make sure of the layout and amenities next trip. Thanks again Daniel and Vrbo.

The house was cute, comfortable, well stocked, and located within a short walking distance of fantastic restaurants and bars! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Super clean and was exactly as posted. The very clean kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, cups, etc. Great sitting area was perfect for night chats. Even had laundry soap for machine which was a pleasant surprise! Walked back from downtown SM one night w no issues. Parking was ample since we occasionally had two cars. The only negative was my allergy hyper-sensitivity went off from the mildew so if that’s not a problem for you, then this place is great.

2nd sister trip

This was our 2nd sister trip and my brother in law came with us. We enjoyed our stay in San Marco. The town had many places to see. We attended Rod Stewart concert at Daileys Amphitheater and LOVED it. If you haven’t seen him in concert you need to go! Roll Tide!!!!

Convenient

We are Canadian. We stayed for 19 days with our teenage Grandson who attends a School nearby.It was nice and clean (although there was a funny smell). The actual location was excellent unfortunately the house next door was being renovated & the road in front of the house was dug up so we lived in a lot of dust and couldn’t sit outside. The owner however did come and apologize and of course we understand it was not something he could control. We would use this property again.

Nict place but Loud trains in the neighborhood

The Rental was very nice. It was clean and had everything my family needed. The beds were confortable. The drawback for me is I am a light sleeper and there are train tracks the next block. The freight train travels by several times during the night. If the room had some white noise or a air conditioner to drown out the noise it would be a 4-5 star property.

Chill Time

We needed a little R&R before the actual holidays hit and San Marco was the perfect choice. Dans spot was on point, although construction was happening right out the front door and trains blaring thru at all hours, we made it work. Awesome time had…thanks.

Just as described

We were in town from Texas and needed something close to the Ronald McDonald House. This was close to restaurants and shopping. I don't know how safe it is to walk at night, but we had no issues. The house was clean and updated. The water pressure in shower (which is important to me, due to long hair using conditioner). The bed was comfortable and bedding clean. The one con is the train is like a block over and the first night not an issue. The second night scared the crap out of all of us. The train whistle went off three times. We laughed about it in the morning about how bad it scared all of us. Overall the stay was nice.

Quick stay in San Marco

Stayed in this renovated duplex for one night with my wife. Great location that is walking distance to everything. Clean and renovated. One of the few places that allow a single night.

Nice little duplex

This was a cute little duplex, I thought it was a single dwelling. It was smaller than I expected but was comfortable. Bathroom upstairs and down was good. It was easy to find, not to far off the beaten path. The parking needs to be addressed. maybe mark the house numbers on the driveway, 2 spaces. I had to ask the people in the other duplex to move their car from the middle of the drive. It was very clean, welcoming and had plenty of amenities. The train (tracks are 1 block away) rolls through about 3 times a night blaring the whistle. Not bad for what we needed for a few nights.
