Volleyball Weekend

The perfect location and size for our family. Super clean and close to everything in Athens. The host was fantastic and hyper responsive. Made our stay as easy as could be.

Good stay Minutes from UGA

My family was in Athens for a dance competition and stayed here. The unit itself was fairly old as could be expected this close to downtown; however, the upgrades that were put in to this place balanced that our nicely. We had a couple instances of pests (spider and bugs) and a fuse tripped for the bathroom lights but notified the host and they were extremely receptive. Overall a very nice stay and we would stay here again!

Excellent, quiet, so convenient

We came for an All state band event at UGA. My son and I were thrilled to each have our own rooms and bathrooms. We love that the house was so well stocked. I had a question and had immediate help. Ample parking . Also it was super quiet when we were there. The location is close to campus and the highway. We also walked via the Firefly Trail.

Pretty good experience

Nice place that was worth the money. Neighbors were a little loud at times, but that was just one night. It is a middle condo with neighbors on both sides. I would go there again based on value and furnishings. Does need televisions upstairs, and that could fix the neighbor noise. But overall a good place. Plenty of space for three women to get ready at the same time.

Family stayed weekend for gymnastics meet- just ok

Had to search for the air mattress. Under the couch is extremely dirty. It has lots of junk under it. We thought maybe the bed might be under there that’s why we went to look. Also in the master bathroom, I went to go hang my towel up And the metal hanger against the wall completely broke and was not stable with the screw. The lights underneath the chandelier for the kitchen the lightbulb is hanging and unstable.The second part of the showerhead as there’s one big one and then a smaller one that’s detachable it detach, but it does not turn on so it is useless and doesn’t work.The inflatable bed must have a leak in it. Here’s a picture of what it looked like when my son was sleeping on it. I would definitely recommend getting another one if you’re going to charge the prices you did for saying that sleeps six.He was pretty much in the floor with the bed coming up on both ends!! Shower curtain leaks in one bathroom. Drawers get stuck and handles fall off.
