The house was perfect for the 12 of us. Adult children had the downstairs bedrooms and parents/grandma were upstairs. Plenty of kitchen supplies on site for use. Few suggestions: need a refrigerator in gameroom for drinks, if recycling is required provide 2nd garbage can in kitchen for this, and be able to deactivate the door alarm when no kids are present. We bought some pool items and left for the next group to enjoy. Thank you!

My review is mixed… location exactly as described- a 5 minute walk to the beach. House was spacious pool, hot tub and lower back yard area exactly as described. There could have been a gate at the spider covered doc - but we rigged up a baby gate. The real issues we had was uncleanliness of the property. The top deck- sliding door from kitchen was unusable due to the insane amount of dead bugs splatted and spider webs all over the house and door.I had an unexpected 1100 emergency vet bill due to my dog finding a pair of socks from previous guest in the downstairs couch cushion. I understand It is my dogs fault he is a sock eater- but i should be able to depend upon the expectation we have a clean/ safe house.2 of the 3 bathroom had no hand soap- the 3rd had a few pumps left- each bathroom had 1 roll of TP-I have rented vacation properties in the past and these items were provided.

Once a year we take on the “it takes a village” and get the whole crew together. We had 15 in total, we fit comfortably. Loved the closeness of the beach, the pool and hot tub! We also brought along kayaks and of course fishing gear for the canal outback, it was nice evening activity for the older kids. We did have some younger kiddos, so the door alarms were a good thing to have, we did have to get a little creative to keep the smaller ones from wandering down to the dock though. We were all very pleased with all the spot had to offer. Of note- the showers in the downstairs and master bathroom leak onto the floor. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but mostly likely needs a little maintenance to contain the flow of water to inside the shower. - when it rains heavy one of the windows downstairs leaks, we had to move the couch off the wall to dry out.

Spacious property with a great pool. Great privacy and security. Dog friendly! Entryway to the dock could be improved and house could use some updating. Overall very satisfied and would recommend and return.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation here. The location is awesome! There is great space for family and the pool is a gem! We loved the deck and space outside. The dock on the canal was a great treat for the littles to fish! I also was very pleased with communication with the contact person at the management center (Stacey). She quickly responded when I reached out and was very helpful. The property does need a major update, and a good deep clean. Being early in the season, I would expect the house to have been pressure washed and all the entry mats to be replaced. It adds a sense of dinginess to the property sadly. That being said, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice house needs repairs

The house was nice & the neighborhood was great. The hot tub wouldn’t get hot or warm even. There weren’t enough towels for our stay & when we washed the towels that were provided the washers spin cycle didn’t work well. We had to ring the towels out & hang dry. Otherwise it was great!

Family Gathering

6 adults, 2 babies and a dog gathered for a family vacation. Property was great for us, though furnishings slightly aged and worn it was spotless on arrival. A few hiccups were encountered including a flood of the upstairs shower into the floor below but the management company wete very quick to act on our phone call. Also we would suggest that a pool skimmer be made available, although the pool was maintained as soon as we got some wind blowing debris around and lamding in the pool we had no real way of vleaning it out. Also the overhead fans were not working. But the positive is that a fantastic time was had by all and I would recommend this property for any large family/friends gathering.

There were 15 of us, 8 adults and 7 children, aged 5-15.The house needs some work. We called maintenance a couple of times. The outside of house was filthy. Had to look at that every time you walked in the back door slider. The handle on the upstairs slider was 1/2 broke. Everyone struggled to open/close it.The floors could not have been mopped before we got there. Went to wipe up a spill shortly after we got there and the was was filthy dirty. The rug in front of the slider was stuck to the floor. Not sure the last time anyone moved it.Recliner in living room had a slip cover on it. Now we know why…….the pleather is cracking and peeling all over the floor. Needs a new kitchen faucet. This one doesn’t want to shut off.For the money, it wasn’t worth it. Probably won’t be staying there again.
