We really enjoyed our stay, and next time we spend a few days in Prescott we would definitely stay there again. Such a beautiful place & so cozy & felt like home. Also enjoyed walking around the lovely quaint neighborhood with historic looking homes & easy walk to downtown.

The most adorable casita that was well equipped and much higher end than most rentals we have experienced. The location is fantastic as we walked downtown daily. Our host Jonathan was easy to get hold of and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property.!

Best stay ever!

This was my first ever Vrbo and I'm not kidding when I say it won't be my last. Very first night after seeing how nice everything was I booked another Vrbo for another trip I have in December and canceled the hotel!Very clean, very quiet, and awesome location. My dog Madison and I enjoyed it and we both had a great week. I'm saved the details of this property so I can book it again next time we're in Prescott.

Beautiful comfortable cottage near historic downtown

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It's beautifully decorated and comfortable. The landscaping is spectacular. It's an easy walk to the historic downtown area so we just left the car at the cottage and walked to most places. It's in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch reminiscing about the day's events and planning which delicious restaurant to walk to for dinner. Jonathan was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Paradise in Prescott

We thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Holidays at the Zunick Triplex close to our grandchildren and all the festivities in town. Ron and Kris created a magical effect in the side gardens with decorations, lights and landscaping. The amenities, ambiance and convenience were all outstanding. Experience it! We're glad we did!

Top notch! Couldn't be better!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in October. We knew it would be special by the photos, but didn't know just how pleased we would be until we actually saw it. The thought and hard work that Ron and Kris have put into it, and especially the love, has to be seen to truly appreciate it. We have found our second home! Prescott Casita!

We had a water flood in the kitchen area and flooding the downstairs game room because it went through the ceiling of that room seven weeks ago we came back home and not live here due to all the dust fans and blowers. We stayed for three weeks at Jonathon‘s Casita here in Prescott. what a wonderful place I’ve lived inPrescott 22 years and never knew this existed, it was clean a wonderful host. I will let everyone know about it. It was like staying at our home. It was tiny, but that’s nice. We had to come every day back to our house to let contractors in, but it was so nice to have that getaway our Labradoodle Daisy stayed with us and had so much fun. It was quiet we took lots of walks to the square We will be back for sure! I’ll let my neighbors know also

Prescott Perfection

We have grown even closer to our wonderful hosts, Ron and Kris, during our 6-week vacation this summer. We stayed 10 days last October (that visit was just a teaser!). We have such a strong connection to them and Prescott as a whole. We feel we belong here. We are so grateful to have found Ron and Kris and our peaceful and tranquil, beautifully appointed apartment. They have done a spectacular job of creating a haven for their guests. We know it is very much appreciated by all who have had the privilege of being a part of the Zunick Triplex. Just like the Olive Garden commercial states: “When you’re here, you’re family!” That’s how Ron and Kris make us feel! See you again in 2019! Alen & Nancy D

Perfect Peace in Prescott

This is a lovely slice of peace and beautiful space in the heart of Prescott. The owners are wonderful people who are so creative and caring about nature and people. Their garden is a testament to nature, art and an overarching sense of humor. A small slice of peace and caring! A few blocks walk from lovely shops including antique stores and restaurants, this cottage is lovely for a couple or a single. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, or have friends or family stay here! Excellent!

Great vacation rental!

We loved staying here. Kris and Ron are on the premise and are so helpful. Both being artists the unit and grounds are so beautiful. There's everything you need plus laundry facilities! We stayed here for over 2 months while our home was being remodeled and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Great location. Great people. Great place to vacation!

Great location for our house hunting

Apartment was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. The apt. owners were friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcomed. We survived a record snow storm to the area and the owners made sure we were safe. Highly recommend this home away from home.
