This beautiful secluded cabin provides acres of privacy! Meander the grounds. Enjoy swinging on the porch swing while watching the many birds. Build a campfire to relax while taking in the sounds, country air and an amazing sky full of stars.

When/if you do decide to step out into the world, you can play, shop, and fish at nearby Mohican State Park. Or checkout Amish Country only minutes away with some of the best shopping, cooking, and Furniture.

The space
The property borders the Holmes County Rails to Trails. This immaculately kept, paved trail. This trail goes right through scenic Holmes County that accommodates bicyclists, pedestrians, horseback riders, buggies, etc. 15 miles is paved from Fredericksburg to Killbuck with another 7.5 miles paved from Glenmont to Brinkhaven. A seven-mile road route connects to the stretches of the Holmes County Trail.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin for Christmas! The host had Christmas lights outside and the inside fireplace was decked out with Christmas decor. It made our holiday so special! The hot tub was so enjoyable also! It was warm enough that we had a fire in the firepit one night! We want to come back in warmer weather too!

Just what my family of 4 and pet needed. What a cute, clean and comfortable cabin. Hot was amazing. Fire pit allowed us to just be outside, enjoy nature and unwind from the hustle of everyday life. View was gorgeous with the changing of the leaves. We would definitely stay here again. Loved that they had little extras around if needed. Bathrobes and towels for the hot tub were a nice touch. Cant wait to do it again. Thank you!

Everything was actually better then the listing! This cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was so relaxing and the location to Mochican wasn't that bad. The nights were so quiet and perfect for star gazing. I would definitely recommend it!

I had a very nice quiet couple of days at this secluded cabin. Took my dog with me and he enjoyed running the property and playing in the creek. We had a fire in the evenings Enjoyed seeing the deer every morning and evening. Also found a couple places to go hike near by. I highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for a quiet little getaway.

It’s a beautiful cabin, very quiet and peaceful. The only suggestion I have would be to add a safety handle to the tub/shower for the older guests staying at your lovely cabin. At our ages, 81 and 75, it’s really a necessity for getting in and out of the tub. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect cabin to relax and do nothing but the things that matter.. board games with the kids (nice selection provided!), enjoy a book on the front porch swing with the peace and quiet of of nothing but birds and the bubbling creek in the background. Awesome hot tub, firepit, super comfortable beds that are perfect for a 2 hour nap. All the comforts of home with none of the stress or work. AND...you can bring your dog! Thanks for an awesome stay, we'll be back!

Peaceful

The stay was great. Loved the fireplace although it stopped working the second night we were there. Although I brought my own shampoo, soap, toothpaste etc they had everything you can possibly need. Didn’t go in the hot-tub only because it wasn’t as close as I’d like it. Had to text the property owner a few times and had a response in minutes. Overall the stay was very peaceful.

appreciated the cleanliness/neatness both inside the cabin and surrounding area. Quiet and serene! Close proximity to beautiful OH to Erie paved running/biking trail. Good heating and cooling system and enjoyed the gas fireplace, outside grill and hot tub.
