We traveled to Brigantine for a Fall getaway and it was delightful, especially with accommodations like these. The beachside retreat was clean, welcoming, pet-friendly, and the ocean was right there! Communication with the host was a breeze. We would stay here again.

We had the best time in Brigantine. This property and location was perfect. Super clean and well maintained. Even with our last minute booking, Carrie was very quick to respond and accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful stay in Brigantine for our annual family vacation. The location of the property is unbeatable, two minute walk to the beach yet peaceful enough to hear the waves crashing from the upstairs deck. Carrie was easily accessible and communicative and provided everything you could ever ask for and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place

Excellent stay at this property. Everything was new and clean. Wonderful place for a small family or a girlfriend trip. Would love to stay again before summer is over but looks like you’re booked until October. Lovely, lovely place.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely love this house! It is a block from the beach and super family friendly. The house had everything we needed. And Carrie, our host was great! She answered all of my questions right away and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay! We are looking forward to coming back to Brigantine and staying in Carrie’s house again!

You’re going to be happy

Great place to stay. Everything appears new. Very clean, steps from the beach, safe environment great host. Easily accommodate six people-eight if you pull out living room couch. Bring your streaming account and access code - enter into tv and off you go…like being at home - but away. Large hot water heater so no worries about running out of hot water. We would definitely stay here again!

throughout. Nice small front porch & upstairs patio. A few suggestions to make this a 10/10 stay: Include season beach badges. For 25 each, it’s low hanging fruit. Invest in black out curtains for the bedrooms. We were woken up by 6:30 am each morning with the bright sun shining directly through the thin shades. Install at least 1 full length mirror in the unit. Invest in better & more beach chairs – only 2 with the unit. No umbrella either. Beef up your description on VRBO with more details about the amenities – we had some last-minute questions and didn’t get answers timely enough. All in all, I would stay here again.

Great space, excellent location

We had an amazing long weekend at this home. It’s in a great location close to the beach and walking distance to delicious restaurants. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we could have needed. It made coming down super easy. Just an FYI, the beach at 7th street is a fishing beach - we ended up spending the days on 5th or 9th st beaches and it was no problem, it’s just easier to walk in the sidewalk than the beach like we did the first day before we realized. I would absolutely rent this space again. I gave 1 star for communication with property manager as I asked a question before we left without a response as well as reached out when we son got injured on a staple sticking up form the trim - minor cut but I wanted the owner to be aware so no one got more severely injured. I didn’t get a response to two messages I sent about that injury and a broken deck chair. Luckily we didn’t have issues that needed immediate owner attention, but if we had I would have been frustrated.

Great Place in Brigantine

Let me start off by saying, the house was impeccable- and had plenty of awesome little bonuses. High quality kitchenware, well kept appliances, super clean bathrooms and fluffy towels, provided soap, dishwasher cleaner and laundry detergent. No mold detected, and overall just super clean and well kept. Only cons were beach tags weren’t provided, and we weren’t told ahead of time.. so we had to drive all the way to the other side of town to get them after being confronted on the beach. It’s $10 per day/ or $25 for the season, seems it would make a lot more sense if they had them available for tenants. Secondly the night lights in the wall plates of the bedrooms. I would recommend having something to put over them in case folks are used to sleeping in the dark. Along those lines the beds are pretty cheap and springy. Lastly, the toxic scented plug in was excessive upon arrival— but nothing that we couldn’t unplug during our stay! Carrie was accessible during our stay, and we’d certainly be back. Thanks!
