Main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful converted garage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and arcade!
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are downstairs in main house, bedroom 3 is upstairs of main house. Bedroom 4 is attached to main house and has its own full bathroom, and separate entrance. It's more of a studio with separate access than main house.
