We enjoyed the stay very much. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want. beds were very comfortable . The seating in the common area is very comfortable, and the televisions worked very well however, there were no televisions in two of the bedrooms. The condo was convenient to the city and easily accessible . We did not use the pool facilities at all. We would stay there again.

My children and grands loved the pool. The bikes were really appreciated by all. So nice to bike around Epworth. The kitchen is well stocked, but we actually ate out most of the trip. We loved our stay!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located to everything. The only downside is the unit backs up to the causeway. Could only hear it from the master bedroom during the day and the dcreened in porch.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay here and had plenty of room for me, my husband, his parents, and our two kids (3 and under). This VRBO had all the we could ask for and more with beach necessities, bikes, comfortable beds, outside games, and overall cleanliness. We would stay here again if we come back to town!

A perfect stay

The townhome was super clean and the decor/furnishings were top notch. The kitchen provided a wide variety of appliances and utensils which made eating in ideal. The development was quiet and nice. My son enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the loop around the residence for my evening walks.

It was the space we needed while being close to everything without being in the middle of everything.Perfect quiet downtime after being out and about for the day.We day tripped Cumberland and Jekyll Islands….fishing, shelling, all the foods, and history.

Pictures are true!

The house is true to the pictures and was a great stay. The tub on the primary bathroom was very relaxing. Lots of lounging space in the living room. The bicycles were an unexpected treat and the beach gear and toys came in handy and added to the fun.The location is away from the hustle and bustle but within a 10 minute drive to the beach, historic locations, and stores.We loved this house and St. Simons Island!

Great location and spaces for our family weekend getaway

Met all of our needs: overall clean and tidy, had plenty of supplies, comfortable beds and seating. The community is nice and friendly. We enjoyed having the backyard grassy run for our dog. The pool, a bit chilly in Oct, yet area was clean and not too busy. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the marina, park, and disc golf course. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo centrally located. All the comforts of home so nice. Easy to get anywhere on the island. Loved they give you games as we had heavy rains the first day. Have fun 😊

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home with updated amenities and quality accoutrements. It was everything the owner depicted in the pictures. The community it sits in is well maintained and the public pool and pond are pristine. The home is a short walk away from Epworth by the Sea and a historical site of two slave homes. We spent a lot of evenings watching the sunset at these two locations. There is a disk golf course, dog park, and a paved walking path within walking distance as well. The homeowner provided single speed bicycles with the home. We were able to tour the entire island on these bikes and some of the beautiful neighborhoods. There are lots of great places to eat and several public beach accesses. I highly recommend working with this owner if you wish to have a peaceful time away from the business of the town and beach village.
