Very quiet property with plenty of room for everyone. The elevator made getting luggage and groceries upstairs a breeze. It was close enough to the beach and restaurants that my husband, daughter, and guest walked several times. It was a home, not a tiny vacation condo. A really nice place that I have already recommended to friends!

Great location and comfortable stay

Was very surprised how big the location was. With multiple people staying everyone was able to have their own personal space and enough space for all of us to come together. I like walking or biking only a mile into towards downtown stores. Plus, the AC keep things nice and cool.

Nice townhouse

3 levels with 2 car garage. Great location, split level bedrooms. Not fond of carpet in bedrooms. I would replace. Kitchen had all the appliances. Easy access wifi and cable tv. Had a great time. Did not give 5 star due to stains on carpet in bedrooms

Great Location with Plenty of Space

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. And were happy to be able to bring our 4-legged friend. Easy walk and bike to a number of popular locations. Parking was a bit of a challenge and the condo looked as if it had been surface cleaned rather than thoroughly cleaned, but nothing that was a problem.

Awesome Home Away from Home

Thank you so much for the breakfast recommendation. Demere Landing #127 has beautiful curb appeal. It was a pleasant surprise to have a personal elevator to take us up 3 floors. The two car garage was an added bonus. Each floor was wonderfully decorated and updated. The rental accommodated my family of 5, my sister and my nephew, and parents. Everyone had plenty of room. It was nice to have a full size kitchen to prepare food for our family reunion. My only complaint is the sleeper sofas were not comfortable. You could feel the coils. They need to be updated. We had to buy air mattresses for our boys to sleep on after the first night. Thank you for providing a Home away from home.

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly cleaned when we arrived Dec 29, finding much long, light brown hair.The carpets looked as if someone had tossed coffee across the room and up the stairs. As requested a rug cleaning co. did a very good job in 30 minutes on Dec 30.But I only wiped the fridge shelves, upon arrival, and did not remove drawers, etc. On Feb 27 I cleaned the fridge, removing every drawer and shelf.There was more long lt brn hair in the bottom of the fridge!Since there are 4 different sizes of beds in the house it would help greatly if all sheets and blankets were marked T, F, Q or K.We never found a 2nd twin blanket.We had to replace many light bulbs AGAIN this year. Thanks to the new owners, who had a basket of light bulbs in the closet.Some of the upholstered furniture--which was new last year, has some bad stains.Also, it was nice to have deck furniture--though it was too cold to use it very much!
