☆ Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per day.

☆ Maximum parking allowance is 3 vehicles: 2 in the driveway and 1 directly in front of the home.

☆ This home is located within the San Diego airport flight path. Guests may occasionally hear aircraft noise.

☆ The property features an exterior security camera at the front entrance and an approved noise monitoring device. The noise monitor only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations.

☆ Kid-friendly: We have partnered with BabyQuip to offer guests a discount on baby gear rentals including cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more. Please inquire for details.

☆ We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☆ Unexpected circumstances happen — we highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.

☆ Reservations booked for 28 days or longer may require additional screening, security deposits, and supplemental lease agreements.
HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 14 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
12. Only 3 cars max is allowed per reservation. 2 cars in driveway and 1 in front of house.

Great space

We had two families- 4 adults and 5 kids- stay here for the week. The bedroom/bathroom layout worked great. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and very spacious which is always helpful. Wish we'd gotten more use out of the pool but the weather wasn't particularly warm during our stay. Overall great experience.

As advertised - luxurious and breathtaking

Our family really enjoyed our stay here and there was plenty of room for 4 families (you’ll fight over the primary bedroom though). This place is kid friendly and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished and there’s a Blackstone grill outside. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Location was great and being near the airport wasn’t noticeable in the evening or at night, especially with the windows closed. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful home!

This home has been remolded so beautifully. I wanted to take the whole kitchen home with me. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The pool was very clean as were the outdoor spaces. The furniture and beds were comfy and the master bedroom shower is to die for. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would absolutely stay again.

Great family home in Point Loma

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this new home in the Point Loma area. We used the pool, outdoor dining room, grill area and gourmet kitchen. The home was well appointed and located on a quiet cul-de-sac; near to the new Liberty Station area and Trader Joe’s. Anyone booking a home in central SD should be aware of the airport noise, and this homeowner was thoughtful about the white noise machines in each bedroom, which was extremely helpful. It’s a beautiful home, with every modern gadget you can envision, and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Southern California.

The property should come with a plane noise WARNING.The noise was a huge problem.The place had a nice pool deck but you could not carry on a conversation without the constant f low fly over of planes. If I had known about this issue I would never have booked this house. I was ripped off. I have booked eight properties with VRBO over the last five years & by far this was the worst.
