Heart of Old beach, outdoor porch overlooking the garden,

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio 525 is the perfect place for two to unwind after a fun filled day in Virginia Beach . My transformed craft/art space is comfortable and private. relaxing on the balcony while drinking your morning coffee or after a fun day at the beach.
studio 525 is in walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants , The Vibe District, the grocery , The best snow cone on the east coast "GET LOST'.

Studio 525 is a cozy yet spacious studio with all any couple could need to enjoy time in Va Beach. When guests first arrive you will notice our Beautiful gate , Walk right through and follow the brick walkway . Please stay on the path. To the left of the garage door you will find another door. Walk right in , this space is designed to keep all beach gear. Follow the steps up to another door(Ill send the code on day of check in)
I have available two beach chairs , three beach towels .

During your stay
I do enjoy meeting my guests if we happen to cross paths.

The property was clean and a perfect size for us, with dishes and towels available! It was a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants as well. Tammy was a great host and I’d definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a place to stay at Virginia Beach!

We had a lovely stay! We had everything we needed and more: fully outfitted kitchen, a beautiful garden out front, easy check in and communications. Tammy communicated and was helpful throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay at the beach. Walk 2 blocks to beach/boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood. All the comforts you need for a vacation. The air conditioning could use some tweaking. Was 79 inside when we got there. Only got to 68 at night on the coolest night. Hot day inside only got down to 71, 72 in the studio. Keeping it a cooler temp is just our personal preference. Was provided a parking pass for the holiday weekend as part of the package. Very nice place overall. We would stay agin.

This is a comfortable, roomy, artsy space with great amenities like beach supplies and washer and dryer. The full kitchen was great for cooking and there’s a market about an 8-minute walk away. Tammy was very welcoming and keeps a beautiful garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. We loved staying here and we would love to come back.

Cute seaside apartment

This was a perfect location, a 9 minute walk to the beach and just a minute drive to the highway. Parking is right in front of the garage apartment. No one lives in the garage so no worries about my noisy special needs son. The apartment was just the right size for 2 of us to have our own space. He slept on a twin bed (couch) in the living room area. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. I hope we get to Virginia Beach again next summer!

Great couples getaway

My wife and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and could not be more satisfied with our experience. Tammy is a great host! This is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. It’s connected to Tammy’s house, but we did not hear her or her family at all! With access to a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, and sink, this truly felt like a home away from home. You will find yourself relaxing in the living room which is a very chill space or on the balcony which is very peaceful and a great place for two to read or just listen to the breeze! I will be recommending this place to any couple in need of a place to stay at Virginia Beach!

The host was so gracious, often checking in with me as I came and went. Extremely nice. The place is a great location, within easy walking distance to the oceanfront and restaurants, yet set back far enough off the beach to be in a quiet neighborhood.
