Our home is located on a street facing the Forest Heights Park which includes public access to Baseball Diamonds, A Soccer / Football Field with goal posts and Tennis courts that can also be used for Pickle Ball!
Forest Heights is a residential neighborhood in central Edmonton, Alberta, Canada that overlooks the North Saskatchewan River valley to the north and west. Four bridges provide access to destinations on the north side of the river.
The neighborhood is bounded on the north and west by the North Saskatchewan River valley, on the east by Wayne Gretzky Drive and 75 Street, and on the south by 98 Avenue. 106 Avenue cuts through the neighborhood.
The Dawson Bridge and 106 Avenue provide direct access to the neighborhood of Riverdale and the downtown core. 98 Avenue provides access to the James MacDonald Bridge and the Low Level Bridge. The James MacDonald Bridge provides direct access to the Government Centre area of the downtown core and the neighborhood of Rossdale. The Low Level Bridge provides direct access to the downtown core. Capilano Mall is located a short distance to the east of the neighborhood along 98 Avenue.
The Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton is located in the neighborhood as well as Newman Theological College & St. Joseph Seminary.
There are four schools located in the neighborhood, which provide public access to well maintained school grounds, play grounds, sports fields & outdoor sports courts.

This home includes 4 comfortable bedrooms, a chef's dream kitchen, a large dining room, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an attached single garage, a rooftop balcony accessible off the master suite and a huge backyard equipped with outdoor furniture and a high end Weber BBQ.
*The Main Level*
Upon entering the home you will find space to hang your coats and store your shoes. Continue inside to take in the beautiful layout. The chef's kitchen includes high end appliances (6 burner natural gas range), Bosch Dishwasher, Stainless Steel Fridge & Integrated Wall Microwave. We have stocked the kitchen with a variety of small appliances, dishes, cookware & kitchen tools to make your stay comfortable with all the conveniences of home. We also provide a starter supply of some basic spices. Adjacent to the kitchen is a huge dining room table with spacious seating for 8 people, in addition to the breakfast bar which has seating for 3 people. The kitchen & dining area has beautiful views into the large backyard, and the patio doors off the kitchen provide direct access to the large Weber BBQ that is available for your use.
Continuing on the main level there is a cozy living room space, with wall mounted TV. Basic cable is provided, as well as unlimited internet access, so you may connect to your own streaming subscriptions through our smart TV's in the home. Please note the wood burning fireplace on the main level is not operational and guests are not permitted to light fires in here.
For ease of access, the mainfloor includes one bedroom that has a queen sized bed, closet for clothing storage, black out draperies and a large picture window overlooking the green space in front of the home. Finishing off this level is a full bathroom with Sink, Toilet & Walk in Shower.
*The Loft*
Ascending up half a flight of stairs from the main level you will find yourself in the Master Suite. This large bedroom is tastefully furnished with a King Sized Bed, TV Recessed in the Wall, Walk in Closet & black out draperies. This room has access to the rooftop balcony that is over the garage. The rooftop patio has views of the Edmonton City Skyline, which is illuminated beautifully at night. On the patio we have included seating for 2 people.
*The Lower Level*
The lower level is accessed via a full flight of stairs from behind the dining area.
The first area you will find when entering the basement is another comfortable living room area. There is a large wall mounted TV, comfy couches and a selection of children's toys available. For added comfort and ambience, there is also an electric fireplace that can be used and enjoyed by our guests.
Off the living room you will find 2 very comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, clothing storage & black out blinds. One of the bedrooms has a huge OILERS logo painted on the wall, and this room also includes the 4th TV in the home.
The large full bathroom in the basement includes 2 sinks, a walk in shower & toilet. *Please note, there is not a bathtub in this home. A baby bath can be provided at no charge if requested in advance.
*Additional Facilities*
There is a full sized washer & dryer located in the furnace room in the basement that guests are welcome to use. We provide a starter supply of laundry soap & dryer sheets. Use of these machines are at your own risk, and we do not take responsibility for any potential damages to your clothing or linens.
The Single garage is available for your use during your stay for your convenience.
*Backyard*
Our large backyard space is a great place to hang out with your group. We have equipped the area with furniture for your enjoyment and the yard is maintained on a weekly basis by our team. The high end BBQ is provided for your use and we ask that you scrape the grill using the tools provided after using it, and once it has cooled off please return the cover to protect it.
