The property was very nice. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was nice. My staff and I had a wonderful team building experience there. I would surely rent from them again.

This was a family spring break trip. The children especially enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier in the neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and the owners were very easy to deal with. The location was great for beach access. It was also close to the Pirates spring training facility which we enjoyed. This property is highly recommend.

The house was terrific, but our favorite part was the pool overlooking the pond. Birds were in and out all day, and one of the softshell turtles turtles laid her eggs right outside the pool screen! The owner was very helpful if we had questions!

We were in town for a race so we didn’t get to stick around the house much but we did get to enjoy the pool our first night there and with the pool being heated was super nice!

Peaceful Stay

Had to rush to get a place for a loss of a parent. Available opening and the hostess expressed empathy. Clean, amenities were provided and small pond behind was soothing to view while sipping coffee. Ran a couple miles in peace and the neighbors were all so friendly.

Greetings! My name is Leah. My aunt Elaine and I are from South Dakota and Iowa. We purchased this home to enjoy during the cold Midwestern winters. We both have a love of the beach and Florida. We want to share our beautiful home with others who love the area!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This neighborhood is perfect! It is right on the Manatee River and is so quiet, peaceful and well kept. It is right off hwy 64 which is a straight drive to Anna Maria and Holmes beach. There is plenty of shopping nearby as well as Publix and Walmart for any immediate needs.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love watching the wildlife at the pond and enjoying a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the pond. There is a fishing/boat dock and the end of the road only 4 houses down. Bring a kayak and explore the canals and Manatee River
