We rented this house partly based on the hot tub but it was broken and was not repaired until we departed, but the host provided a fair refund.

James, We were very sorry about the hot tub breakdown, We did jump in this issue immediately and arranged parts and repair as quickly as we could. While it was not a replacement for the large tub right outside the door, we did arrange another hot tub for your use. We were glad to reach an agreement and would love to host you again in the future. Jeff & Janet, Snowbasin Vacation Rentals

Overall great home

We stayed here over the 4th of July with family. Checkin was easy and home accommodated us well. however the homes cleanliness could have been a little better. Cobwebs and mouse/spider traps around as well as patio very dusty with lots of debris. The management company was easy to contact and quick to help us with any problems as we did not have hot water due to tankless water heater not working properly .
