Perfectly located on the famous Rodeo Drive in the city of Beverly Hills, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has everything needed for a stay in Beverly Hills. The home comfortably sleeps 4 guests, plenty of fresh linens and extra pillows are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, coffee is provided, with an attached laundry area featuring a washer and dryer. Detergent is provided. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, basic toiletries are provided as well as plenty of fresh towels.

The shops and restaurants on Rodeo and Beverly Drive are a 10 minute walk away. UCLA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Culver City are a 15-20 minute drive away. A grocery store is conveniently located across the street. One parking space in a garage and street parking with a permit is available.

The space comfortably fits 4 guests; two in the Master bedroom with a queen sized bed, two more in the second bedroom with a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have black out curtains.

Some things to note: this home is two floors so guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. This home is located on a Main Street so noise from the street can be heard primarily during traffic hours. Light sleepers should take this into consideration, most guests are fine. The home has 1.5 bathrooms, the full bathroom features a walk-in shower only, there is no tub. The garage can comfortably fit a medium sized car, larger cars will be a tight fit. Street parking with a permit can be provided in these cases.
