Perfect property and location!!

We were a family group of 8 including 3 children and we were all comfortable with plenty of room to sleep and enjoy common shared areas. The property was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything a family would need to cook. The location was amazing complete with beach passes and directly across the street from the beach and boardwalk. We loved the rooftop deck complete with jacuzzi. The stay was amazing and we will be back! The owner was immediately available to answer any questions. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay!

Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter du spa qui a été hors service tout notre séjour malgré nos efforts Le propriétaire nous a proposé un arrangement acceptable Nous avons du apporter les fournitures de plage, chaises et parasol… ce n’était pas écrit initialement dans la description, séjour très agréable malgré tout, propriétaire proactif.

A last minute gateway.

This is my favorite block to stay on I have been coming here for years. Mr. Chow was amazing to deal with and accommodated some last minute issues I had before arrival and after departure… He was very detailed with his checkin videos and his communication. He is definitely someone you want to deal with. He made this last minute trip very pleasant. The house is very spacious and the listing and layout is very accurate….

Great Location

You're across the street from the beach. Loved all the bedrooms and private rooftop with hot tub. Simon was a wonderful host. If I had any questions, he was so fast to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Located conveniently to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The rooftop is a large and private space to hangout on. The condo was spacious enough for 8 adults and 3 children. Simon was quick to answer any questions we had.

Perfect location and amazing views

My extended family has been coming to Seaside heights for vacation for the past 13 years and this was the best condo we have ever rented. It was spacious enough that those that had to work from home during the week or complete online class work (we had several college students in our group), could find a quiet, private spot to do so in the lofted den or upstairs sitting room. The rooftop deck made for the perfect place to view fireworks. The hot tub was enjoyed by all throughout the week. The various balconies made for enjoyable evening hang out spots. The owner was easy to reach and kept up communication throughout the week. The kitchen was well apointed for any meal you may want to cook. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. The property was beautifully decorated and we loved using the seashore mural as a backdrop for photos. All of us enjoyed the Pluto tv service on nights we stayed in. That was new to our families. Every bedroom had a tv which was also a plus. I can't say enough great things about this rental!!!! We look forward to booking a week again next summer!!!!!

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay. The perfect amount of rooms for all of us and great location within walking distance to boardwalk and beach. The only thing that needs to be added are more mirrors in the bedrooms! lol

Great getaway

Overall it was a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The homeowner was very attentive to us and texted us throughout the stay. The cameras facing the hot tub did make the children a little uncomfortable at times but it is totally understandable why they are there.

Beach trip with friends

This house was the perfect location! Literally can see the beach from the front steps. Right next to the main boardwalk/pier with all the rides. What I appreciated the most was that unlike homes I’ve rented before, this house was well stocked with everything - enough dishes, pots/pans, mugs, utensils, coffee/tea machines, garbage bags, soap, dish washing supplies even some aluminum foil/parchment paper, some basic dry spices like salt/pepper, extra blankets/pillows. We literally did not need a single thing the whole weekend I didn’t even need to contact the property manager once. We did bring our own food and extra bounty towels/toilet paper which was needed. We really enjoyed the house - it was clean and the perfect location - and would come back again. Parking was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was okay.

The home itself was perfect - immaculate, great layout and responsive host. The host is very attentive. Anything you needed the host was there to help you with. The location is great if you’re looking to be in the heart of Seaside Heights NJ.

Outstanding

This property was beautiful and literally 1 block away from the Boardwalk. We experienced Seaside Heights in luxury with a clean spacious unit with 4 bedrooms and a hit tub on the roof. This place was well-maintained and Simon was hyper-responsive via text! I fully recommend this property.

Great Location

Stayed here with friends and family. Location was ideal - steps to the Beach! Nice property - spacious ! Comfortable beds! Anything you need as far as cooking and cleaning supplies were available . Owner was readily available for any questions !

Perfect location!

The host was great at communicating throughout our stay. The house was very large and could accommodate adults and kids comfortably. The beds were all very comfortable - which is a must for me! The patios were great, the shower at the front door was a bonus, the hot tub was a nice treat! The only thing I would mention is to bring your own hand towels for the bathrooms. We would definitely come back!

Great Location!

The location is convenient since it's mid-boardwalk and easy to get on and off of the beach. Simon was very responsive, we arrived very late and he answered the phone promptly to give us the unit number. Check-in and check-out were easy. They have multiple types of coffee makers and Simon even has a Nespresso which made me super happy. Simon ordered an iron for us while we were there which was very nice. The views were amazing and it was very comfortable, the hot tub was a huge plus. The only cons were the steps to get up to the bedrooms. Otherwise, Simon was a great host, thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great location!

Centrally located to all the fun family activities and just a block off the beach. Townhome is well kept and the rooftop deck is great for hanging out and entertaining.

Loved it 😊

What can I say? This place was FABULOUS!! We had 12 adults in this beautiful condo with so much room! You wouldn’t know we were all there at the same time as there is so much space! Stairs… lots of them😁, but we considered it a challenge and laughed about it! The hot tub and views are AMAZING! The location was perfect, a straight shot from the door to the boardwalk, so easy to go back and forth as often as needed! The house had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, 2 coffee makers, beach passes! Simon was awesome, if I did have any questions, he responded IMMEDIATELY! The street is nice and quiet for the most part, if windows and doors are closed you’ll hear nothing from the street. Thank you Simon for a wonderful stay for this large family visiting from Arizona!
